I had the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire 35 years of living when I walked into the store to purchase a phone I wanted to pay the full price for the phone after I had just purchased a Sim card from the location on March 9. They wanted to charge me $600. I thought I paid $113 on March 9 for the Sim card, when I asked her can I just purchase the phone she got an attitude with me and started talking to me very reckless. I called corporate and I had them on the phone so that they could hear the lady basically told me, ma’am you can return the Sim card and stop your services. I don’t care what you do. She was so rude and nasty to me. I would never recommend MetroPCS to anyone and I am also going to put it on social media. On any and every outlet that I can find incorporate is going to step in and hopefully they shared that store down because it is obvious that neither worker wanted to be there today.

Roz is so sweet and helpful. I was switching from boost and was completely lost and she helped me get switched from boost to metro and also got a good deal on the phone. Love the customer service here. Would definitely recommend people to go here.
