Deceptive practices, they even admitted to it, and refused to do anything to fix. We were sold an applewatch under the guise of a rebate promotion, which the plan they sold to us did not qualify. When we went back to discuss, they told us it was their mistake, but would do nothing to fix it. The associate even went so far as to accuse us of not understanding the promotion, and that we should know better. Go elsewhere where they are more honest and transparent.

The guy in the shop answered all my questions but it turned out I did not need to attend a shop as my letter indicated. On the brightside I know where the shop is for the future.

I just come back from this store at Mason Rd. They we're CHARGING me a price different to the cost required by the company. This isn't the first time that happens. I was about to cancel my line with this company.They are ripping off people. We ask to the company supervisor o managers to control this situation.The indian personal is charging more than the company's services prices, which is a big damage to the image of it.

If I could give this business a negative 1000 I would. They took advantage of my elderly parents and had no mercy or sympathy when I tried to nicely talk to him regarding the situation! My parents were having a problem with their phone and walked into the Metro PCS store on 1010 S. Mason Road in Katy.The guy working there oversold them things they did not need such as earbuds (when my mom has hearing aids), a tablet and a TMobile REVVL V 32G totalling $220. After the payment was completed the guy tells them the tablet will cost a monthly fee as well as asked them for additional $20 which my dad paid him in cash. My parents left there with no receipt. When they told me what happened and that they could not figure out how to use this new phone that was not a Samsung and that's all they know how to operate. I went back with my parents less than 24 hours later to return the items and ask for a refund. The same guy was the only one there and he refused! He said he could cancel everything but he could not give a refund. I asked if I could please speak to a manager over the phone and he refused to let me talk to a manager. I asked for a receipt of their purchases since he never gave it to them. The name of the employee on the receipt says AMIN... no where in the receipt shows the $20 my dad gave him cash. Guys, PLEASE stay away from this business that takes advantage of elderly people!

They are rude and scam you if you are not careful. They lie about costs and overcharge. Be careful because they also do not accept their receipt or return policy. They will argue with you that the receipt is not the amount they can return. I am sure the indian man and spanish lady at this location are involved in embezzlement.. they were laughing how they overcharged a customer before me $200. They just kept laughing and joking how the extra might turn up missing.

***NEGLIGENCE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE*** I went to buy a phone and pay for my line, the woman who helped me, an Indian girl, did not speak Spanish, I tried very hard to communicate until I realized after almost 2 hours there that her coworker was Hispanic and spoke Spanish very well and she realized the terrible communication and at no time was she able to intervene and help with the difficulty she was obviously having. They made fun of me when they saw that I used the translator to communicate and they laughed even more when I said that I didn't have enough money to buy the phone. It was total discrimination and bullying.
