I thinkT-Mobile would like to know that the store doe not bothr to answer their phones at 4 PM ... I called 3 times to get 1 general question answered and they don't answer. 1 of my 3 calls they cut it off before it rang 2 times. Is any business so busy that a person cannot pick it up and say "something" -- !!!!! -- at least "we are so busy we would like to call you back. can we get your number." I guess they don't need the business.

This place is great! They have a huge selection of all kinds of T mobile plan , and the most friendly staff I’ve encountered in a long time. I got a better deal than I was in expecting on my cell phone ITheir staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled ... Ms. Amira and other gentleman was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service , the ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable.

This is my local metropcs. Every time I come here. I have issues. I came a few months ago to buy a phone case. I was patient. I had to return a few day laters because they did not have the correct case they already billed me for and she did not know how to do the return.
Today I went there to transfer my lines. The same lady informed me that I could not transfer my lines because I owed for the phones with another carrier. I said no problem, I will pay the bill to the other carrier. But then she would continue to say she could not add the plan. I continuously reiterated what she said so I had a clear understanding, but then she would change her story. She had another gentleman there who did not help. Just stood there to see the escalation occur.
The only one who knows how to do anything is the heavyset lady. Everytime I come, they always call her for assistance.
This store for sure needs training!!!
