I took my 7-month-old baby to get her ears pierced and it was a great experience! Ms. Dory was very patient and attentive to the procedure. She put us at ease and did it very fast. I couldn't recommend any other place close by to ear piercing.

I absolutely LOVE this Merle Norman studio. I've used Merle Norman for 55 years and there products have never let me down and the same with Dori and her staff...ALWAYS knowledgable, helpful, pleasant, caring and most of all know me by name, unlike the previous owner. I can highly recommend this studio. I'm 77 and barely have a wrinkle and definitely do not look my age of which I contribute mostly to Merle Norman..and maybe just a few genetics.

Would not recommend getting makeup done here. I am not an overly picky person but $75 later I am washing everything off and starting over. Product was nice but the lady clearly didn’t know what she was doing and became irritated with feedback.

Fiona pierced my ears yesterday (my 2nd piercing), & was very patient, sweet & gentle. She did a great job, & I was very happy with the experience. They also have a very nice purse selection, which Fiona was very helpful with. Highly recommend! Great customer service!

This is regarding the Merle Norman at La Centerra in Katy. Initially the lady that I believe owns the place was nice over the phone. When I walked in and told her my ear piercing was closed and irritated after her service, she was rude to me. She tried to mitigate the issue but was quite cold and made it seem like it was my fault and that their was "dirt buildup" in my earing holes (both) when in fact it was a skin scab from her job. I don't want to be that person who complains but she was very rude to me

Dory did my daughters ear piercing. She was absolutely wonderful and sent me home with free samples! Cute sunglasses, purses and amazing makeup. Definitely coming back! Ten gold stars for gentle and experienced ear piercing!!!

Went to finally get my ears pierced, after 36 years and Dory was amazing. I did a lot of research before just going anywhere and after seeing all the reviews about Dory I decided to come here. I'm so happy that I did, everything was super clean and the process was super easy and not painful at all. She took her time to figure out where the piercings should go and took the time to explain each earring option. I firmly believe that you get what you pay for and it may be a little more than some other places but it's worth. I'll be going back in a few months to get different studs when it's time to change them out.
