Two nurses talked about my chart while I saw with patients in the waiting room. This location is unprofessional. When I addressed this with the representative she said I didn’t say your name.

A HUGE shoutout to PORSCHA from the Katy opid dept for going above and beyond to help us!! Her friendly demeanor made the visit so much better. Her problem solving and customer service skills are top notch! We had issues but she solved them like a pro! Thank you so much for helping us Porscha

I should have read the previous reviews prior to choosing this facility. They have a nonsense policy where they expect patients to arrive 30 minutes prior to the appointment to fill in some more documents that were already filled online. They don't explain to the patients that unless you come 30 minutes earlier, they won't see you. They could've easily scheduled the appointment to include the 30 minutes without the hustle!
After a long argument, explaining that I can't come on another day and that i had to cancel other important appointments to accommodate this one, they still refused to see me. This was a huge disappointment and frustration, and I did not expect such treatment and unprofessional behavior from a health facility like this. I don't recommend it at all.

Terrible service front desk lady Daisha is her named I believe is quite literally the rudest human I have ever meant on the planet. Zero empathy or care for anyone coming in and what they may be dealing with. If you don’t like your job or people don’t work there.
Other than that the doctors, techs, and registration lady we sat with were fantastic.

Patient Beware! Do not use this facility! Apparently doctors in the Memorial Hermann network are required to send their patients to this facility first and patients must do their own due diligence. Their prices are over 10 times the cost of Houston Medical Imaging cash prices and often 15-20 times the cost of Houston Medical Imaging negotiated price with your insurance company. Two experiences (quoted $3300 for an ECG, HMI cash price $300, Cigna negotiated price $230; quoted $1600 for a Cardia CT, HMI cash price $150, I have yet determined the BCBSTX negotiated price) Shop around. They will not acknowledge that they are out of network.

very, very poor quality of service....appointments are not kept by this office ...2 scheduled appointments have been cancelled as a result of poor scheduling and other issues which the office personnel should have done or told me ahead. one time needed to wait for almost 4 hours and eventually they just decided to reschedule .....awful service this place is a joke and should have zero star rating....

I recently got a breast swelling. I went to see my breast specialist. She told me there is nothing abnormal. She wrote me an order for screening mammogram. I scheduled for mammogram. Before 2 days, I got a call from imaging center saying that I should go for diagnostic mammogram since I have a symptoms and this is the hospital protocol. I explained to them that my doctor do not want to do diagnostic mammogram. Despite of this, they cancel my appointment and scheduled me for a diagnostic mammogram.My concerns are if my doctor examine me and recommended me a screening mammogram, why would I need to follow hospital protocol? Hospital protocol should be changed based on the patient needs.Secondly, who will pay for diagnostic mammogram?In my view, if hospital insists the patient to do diagnostic mammogram, then hospital should pay for this and not the patient.

I do not recommend this place, I was 4 minutes late and they refused to see me. The lady Datrice was rude to me, and when I asked for the office manager - I was called to the back of the office to speak with the office manager Jessica. She wanted to reschedule me and that’s all the help she offered. After leaving 5 kids at home and getting a babysitter to make it it to an ultrasound appointment- and only being 4 minutes late- it is dissatisfaction to be sent away after all the effort I made to get to this appointment. If a doctor office can’t take a mom 4 minutes late for an appointment for an ultrasound- shame on them and the management.

I do not recommend this site. I had an ultrasound for pregnancy and they refused to let me listen to the baby's heart, also the technician was rude to me. When channeling the case to the manager, the response was deficient and there was no compensation

3rd time was not the charm.. first time no orders .. next time . No auth .. 3rd and final time today. Had an appointment scheduled for 4 pm they asked we come in fasting and early 45 mins. Here we are 6:30pm and just now having imaging done. Not ok.. to make a 83 year old wait that long with no food or water.. Not ok.. been here since 3 . Not until I made a fuss did they move us along.. next time we are going elsewhere.. reason given was because We only have 2 MRI machines …3.5 hrs??? Over booking is more like it

Had a quick, easy, pleasant experience here when I needed x-rays in December 2022. Facility is clean and efficiently run, and all the people I interacted with were helpful.

Very horrible service. Waited to be called in for registration (not for the exam) after over an hour wait. Only to leave and was called 15 minutes later that I wasn’t given my driver’s license nor insurance card. Told them to mail it but they said no. Turned around in rush hour traffic to come get my driver’s license and the lady just handed it to me with no apologies nor remorse. Very horrible experience. Please train your staffs on these procedures and reduce wait time.
