A HUGE shoutout to PORSCHA from the Katy opid dept for going above and beyond to help us!! Her friendly demeanor made the visit so much better. Her problem solving and customer service skills are top notch! We had issues but she solved them like a pro! Thank you so much for helping us Porscha

Cannot get through to a person who can actually address my question. Instead they keep transferring me to another person who just redirects me somewhere else!!
