We purchased 2 sleepy pillows not thinking that returns would not be possible in this day and age... They were expensive and very bad quality, we were sleeping extremely hot and woke up with neck and shoulder pains.... The reason why we could not return the pillows was because they said that they were now "unsanitary".. But how about mattresses that are being returned.. Aren't they also "unsanitary"????
They never told us that we couldn't return the pillows.... We feel duped to say the least.

Kevin Singh took care of us today. Dude was very personable and precise in his knowledge. He was able to ask specific questions that helped him understand what preferences my wife and I had. He also got us the best deal for our buck we’re very happy with our experience.
