I hadn’t been to a Laundromat in about 20 years but my dog had an accident on one of my large Comforter’s so I had to find the nearest place to clean my Comforter because my Washing Machine was too small so my fingers came to Google and I discovered your facility. Wow! I don’t know why I’m seeing a 4.0 google rating for you guys because my experience alone with your Employee-Brooklyn is a ⭐️WHOLE FIVE⭐️. OMG, she greeted us, helped us and treated us as if we were family. She’s such of a Sweetheart and a very friendly and kind person. So was the guy. Thanks for the pleasure experience and for such cleanliness. ?

Mason washateria is the best full service laundromat in Katy, hands down.I’ve used them as a Hail Mary many times, when I have fallen behind on laundry and need a hand.*Great gift idea for busy partners;Get the ALL the laundry knocked out and put away. ?-Incredibly fairly priced (by the pound)-family owned (support small businesses)-great service-clean-usually they can have your clothes washed and folded by the next day-sometimes there’s a couple cute fluffy little dogs in the office☺️10/10 would recommend

Silvia is great. I asked what kind of laundry soap smells the best and she recommended me one. She is very helpful and answered all my questions about whddich machine work best for the size of my laundry. She measured it up just great. I am very pleased with her customer service. Very attentive and very nice smile.

I had a great experience at Mason Washeteria. It was my first time & the lady at the desk was very helpful with suggesting what machine size would work for my load. They have coin operated machines so you can bring your own quarters or purchase quarters at the desk using a card or cash. The medium washing machine cycle ran for 27 minutes. My clothes were dry in 30 minutes minutes. I was there between 9:30-10:30am & it was comfortable with the AC on & plenty fans circulating the air.
