We got a recommendation from my aunt who dr . Hokanson was her vet teach many years ago . We went another vet before and not getting the results we wanted to see . So we went go fur baby got diagnosed right. We so thankful for Dr. Hokanson ! The staff also is so friendly and treats our fur baby like their own . Our passed away not to long ago but im so thankful for this place we got 3 extra years with our baby . They treated us when it was with such grace. We coming back once we have healed and get a new baby

I always take my dog here. It's a small mom & pop vet that isn't fancy at all but they truly care about your animals and don't try to overcharge you. I love Dr. Sarah.

Everyone is so nice! They all love seeing our chameleon Lizzo! The vet is very knowledgeable about reptiles! Lizzo is doing great thanks to everyone at Mason Road Vet Clinic! Thank you for all you do!!!

The service was horrible. I scheduled an appointment for my dog to receive his shots. The start of the visit was routine, they weighed him and took me to the room to wait for the tech. The tech enters the room and proceeds to ask me if my dog is having any issues. I explained what issues he was having. She does not say anything to me and walks out. A couple of minutes later the receptionist walks in to inform me that my dog cannot be seen because this particular vet ONLY does vaccines. To begin, I was never informed that the vet on duty only does vaccines, I was not planning on having him seen for anything other then the vaccines (because I was in a rush and planned on making a more thorough visit at a later date) so, naturally I said well can she just administer the vaccine without tending to the other issues?
The receptionist said she asked her twice and the vet said no. I am baffled as to why. If the vaccine could cause an issue with any of the aliments I described, an explanation of that would have been appreciated. I never once saw the vet, she was dismissive and couldn't care less of the fact that I took the morning off of work and she had just inconvenienced a paying customer. I will NEVER recommend this clinic to any of my friends that have pets and I will never be returning to this place.
They do not care about providing customer service and lack in communication skills.

I was recommended by my niece. This was unfortunately the resting place for Dexter, our beloved boxer. They treated us with empathy and showed they really do care. I wished I would have known them sooner.

We've had vaccinations for our dogs here. Everyone working there is amazing and compassionate. In the past 2 weeks, our 2 elderly dogs passed away and the staff has been so kind and sensitive.

Last Friday I contacted this vet as I needed help with my pet turtle and they see exotics. I told them it was emergency and they made me an appointment for this coming Wednesday 5 days later even though I told them that was too far away and I needed to have it checked right away, it was a life or death situation. They did not offer me any other solution or recommend any other place to me and now, my turtle is dead. In the future I would suggest if you offer to see exotic animals you understand they need to be seen IMMEDIATELY, not when you feel like seeing them. I will never use this vet for anything at all. They could have saved my turtle and now I have to explain to my daughter why her turtle is gone. Thanks for nothing.

I have been going here for years. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I definitely trust them with my pets, and they are not outrageously expensive like others in the area.

This is a pet clinic where all the staff are friendly, professional, patient with the animals, and charge a reasonable fee to bring safety and trust to the dogs! It is the oldest animal clinic in Katy and worth recommending!

I absolutely love these guys it's hard to find good veterans especially ones that deal with reptiles definitely worth it
