I came for simple fix on my car left apron, not only they did horrible job but also caused more damage to the car door and headlight. I totally regret visiting this place.

We had a great experience bringing my Subaru here. The estimate price was right on with no surprises. I was able to get my car in the same day that I called. It was ready when they said it would be and the repairs look great! My car was also washed and vacuumed upon pick up, which was a nice surprise. I hope I don't need a reason to go back, but if I have another car in need of repair we'll be back.

In my opinion the provide great service, I had my Subaru STI repaired after some damage. They provided great service and even when I had some small issues after the initial repair, they corrected them no problem at all. I will certainly recommend them and go back if I ever need to.

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff! I went in with a DEEP scratch on my NEW black car they worked with precision to remove the scratch without having to paint the entire door! very very satisfied with Nick, Kay and their incredible team! Give the mgr, Hani a call when you need excellent collision care! even minor care! Highly recommended!

I took my cars there several times during the last five years, most recently today. They always do an excellent job and have reasonable price. Today I came with some nasty scratches on my bumper, was expecting to pay a few hundred bucks for the job. The guy told me, it just needs cleaning. And indeed, it was fixed in no time. Highly recommend.

The amount of collision repair that one done here is incredible. They will uncolide the heck out of my car. I have a 2016 mdx and this lady on the phone rammed her Kia in my rear. The damages were extensive. I brought my car here and got it fixed with no nonsense. Went well.

I had a pretty rough time dealing with Mason Road Collision. I decided to go to these guys because of all the great reviews, hoping they'd live up to the hype. But man, was I disappointed. A buddy accidentally scraped my car while parking, causing a few scratches, messing up the parking sensor, and damaging the bottom lip. Off to Mason it went.I dropped my ride off and waited. Two weeks later, they called to say my car was good to go. Apparently, they had ordered the wrong sensor, which messed up the timeline. At that point, I just wanted my car back, so I wasn't too fussed.Picked up the car, and the outside seemed alright. Then I hopped in and bam! My dashboard was lit up with all sorts of new error codes – pedestrian this, frontal collision that, adaptive cruise control whoopsie. None of these issues were there before. Talked to the manager, Hani, and he seemed clueless about it. Said this would need to be checked out by the dealer.So, off I went to the dealer. They found the problem real quick: two connectors weren't even plugged in (check the pics). And there were some half-tightened bolts too. They fixed it up, but it cost me $342 in labor. I figured Mason should foot the bill since it was their screw-up.Called Hani, and he was anything but cool about it. He straight up said, "Customer pays, or insurance pays. We never pay." He must've said that line like five times. I argued that it was their fault – they didn't plug those darn connectors in after working on it. And it wasn't chump change either; I forked over $2,400 to them for the job. I just wanted them to cover the extra work their slip-up caused. After going back and forth, they agreed to pay only half. No biggie, I'll sort out the rest with my credit card.Overall, my experience with Mason Road Collision was a letdown. Looking at all those glowing reviews, I guess I got the short end of the stick. Maybe others had better luck, but I sure wasn't impressed.Services: Painting

Great service and excellent prices. By far the most reasonable priced collision center. I went to Mason Road Collision for some damaged parts in my car, I received an estimate, ordered my parts and they were in within a week. The day my parts came in they fixed my car the same day within 2 hours. I definitely recommend this place.

Great service and reasonable prices!This is my 4th or 5th time bringing my vehicle to mason rd collision. Every time their service has been spectacular, their prices are unbeatable, and their turnaround time is always quick. I will always recommend Mason Road Collision every time!

This place is a scam & I'd be leery of all the "great" reviews, or maybe Fabian has changed his business practices more recently to skim more money from customers w/o being honest, professional, direct. While I was waiting, I also saw another customer (a man around my age) engage in conflict with Fabian because he believed he was misled and overcharged. From the first phone call, he was very rude and curt, and even worse, wearing a big scowl, when I came in with my good mood -- told me that he'd charge me for the small missing part (50+), and that if other stuff was found to be broken when they installed that part, that there'd be additional charges -- makes sense. Nothing was shown to me except the receipt for the 50+; there was no agreement on anything specific, in part bc he deliberately does not show you the hidden charges "ahead of time" about the job on the last page. The part itself took less than hour to install, then he charges me almost 300$ (after already charging me 50+ for the part) and says that "we had agreed to these charges" which I'd never seen before -- when I asked why he was charging me 4 hours labor for less than a 1 hour job, he got even more defensive, unprofessional, and condescending -- mocking me as a woman about my question. I said just explain the specific charges that added up close to 300. He said, look at how little my workers make a week (huh? what does that have to do with my specific job?), then said, "I didn't charge you for glue but now Im going to charge you for it." Umm, can we say unprofessional, petty, odd? So I stood up for myself and asked why he was so rude, etc, -- that I was fine paying for 1 hour of labor even though it took 50min -- and then he yelled at me, arm raised in the to "GET OUT! GET OUT! GET OUT!" Yes, this is *not* the place to go, unless you love to be deceived, overcharged & yelled at in fiery anger. There are so many better places out there w/ nice. honest folks - go there!
