BEWARE OF this place Never DO BUSINESS HERE!!!
My wife and I went by there to get estimate paint our ‘78 chev truck solid driver rather than change trucks I’d rather upgrade the truck, had cash on me for initial retainer and leave it. Son was in route to bring us home. Jerk of a used piece of toilet paper mgr smirked said ugh take that some where else. What a way to run a biz turn away cash customers
He didn’t want to walk out even do estimate
I left glad he showed himself what they are
Went to nearby shop accepted estimate my son picked us up; truck will be ready later next week

I’ve had the best hands down experiences with Mason Road Collision! One with and one without insurance. The first was so good that I knew who to turn to immediately. They came in under their estimate, and did extras I wasn’t even expecting. And, if there was an issue after the fact, same day adjustments, no hassles, no extra money. Mason Road Collision Center did an excellent job. Our front bumper was replaced and painted perfectly. It looks like the front bumper was never damaged in the first place. They are ethical, fair priced and professional work. Best Body shop in Katy, Texas!

I stopped by a couple days ago because my bumper had fallen off my car, and they fixed it FOR FREE! Customer service was amazing! I cannot recommend this place enough. We will always be taking our vehicles here from her on out and I suggest you do the same.

Went in to get an estimate for some small scratches from another car that hit me. Turns out they were just on the surface and they were able to clean them off for free. I will be recommending to anyone whos looking for collision repair. outstanding service!

We had a great experience bringing my Subaru here. The estimate price was right on with no surprises. I was able to get my car in the same day that I called. It was ready when they said it would be and the repairs look great! My car was also washed and vacuumed upon pick up, which was a nice surprise. I hope I don't need a reason to go back, but if I have another car in need of repair we'll be back.

In my opinion the provide great service, I had my Subaru STI repaired after some damage. They provided great service and even when I had some small issues after the initial repair, they corrected them no problem at all. I will certainly recommend them and go back if I ever need to.
