I had a terrible experience at this car wash. After paying for a hand wash, I expected attention to detail, but there were still visible stains on the exterior of the car and inside the car as well. It was clear they didn’t take the time or care to clean it properly. For the price I paid, I expected much better service. Definitely not coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

been coming here for years but NEVER again. not sure what they sprayed on my driver window panel, but it's now permanently stained. the owner took zero accountability, argued with a raised voice that it must have been something i drove through on my 4min drive from home to the wash (clearly its a spray stain), on a dry clear sunny day i might add... wouldn't let me check the cameras. and to top it off, when i got inside my tesla the workers had searched in my spotify for their own playlist that was playing with a blasted volume. when i added that to my complaint the owner said it must have happened when they were cleaning the screen. the screen was NOT cleaned and im 100% sure the playlist was manually searched and selected, it didn't happen with the wipe of a cloth. it's unprofessional to use or access anything in someone's personal vehicle period.
never going there again and filing a claim through their insurance for damages and filing with better business bureau.

On a real level, I sit there for almost 2 hours waiting and when my car was done, I had no time and had to go. They did not wipe anything down in the inside. They did not clean the floor mats did not put air freshener. I would say it’s a fantastic job for $80, that was sarcasm very poor service 100% ripoff I would’ve felt much better giving five dollars through one of those gas station car washes

Highly displeased with the services I received, I purchase a supreme car wash, I explain to the men that my main concern was getting the dirt off my front end. Half clean my car and didn’t any dirt off the front end. I also showed him it comes off it’s just dirt! He wanted to charge me extra to use a brush instead of a rag, but why am I paying extra if I already paying for a supreme wash, why are you using rags to clean the car instead of brush? I pulled down the street to the gas station took my disinfectant wipes out & got the dirt off! I won’t be returning to this car wash so if you have dirt on your car this isn’t a car wash for you they will do a half job! My car is still dirty in the front end, windows, and inside, and I paid for a supreme wash! When I asked the person who gave my keys back why didn’t they get dirt off he stated he don’t speak English! Would recommend to others not to use this car wash if you have dirt on your car they won’t get it off!

Got a supreme wash for a small car. The guy deemed my car "too dirty," because there were crumbs in the back seat. He charge me about 50% more.

Quality & service has hone downhill. Came here when they just opened in 2019 for a basic car wash, and everything was good, their price was cheaper compared to other hand wash in the area, and mostly they did an ok job. But fast forward in 2023 and now (came back twice in the span of those years), it was not the same anymore, maybe different management or something. In early 2023 paid for a full detail, they couldn't get a small stain off from the passenger seat, manager argued and said it was clean. Another mistake I made was I came back in the fall of 2023 for a basic car wash, same disappointment, car wasn't cleaned thoroughly and manager argued it was the best they could (only needed them to vacuum the back area but they refused). I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone, at least while it's still run by the current management.

expensive and bad service I paid $50 for a better detailed wash and that's how they left the wheels. I went back and told the manager and he personally thought it improved but you can see it stayed the same.

The worst service ever, I don’t advise anyone to come here or give them any opportunity to take your money. The double standards here are blatant. I’m accustomed to bringing my car 2023 and being greeted with a smile and happiness. However, today I brought my work car and it was not stinking except for the dust inside it. He refused to serve me and told me that we don’t waste our time here by cleaning a lot. I was surprised and I told him, but the sign above your shop says car wash . How can you refuse to serve me or you want to take money from me only for my new car? He did not apologize to me and closed his office door and told me to take your car and ignored me. I also want to point out that he is completely RUDE

What an absolute joke. Never again. Whole areas where they didn't even wipe down in the interior. I can take my finger across it and write in the dust on the dash.
