Fernando is an exceptional person! Every time I need something done in my apartment, he's there with great solutions to the issues. Very respectable, always on time, and very handsome, might I add! It's great to have a trustworthy maintenance guy around here! Someone I know I can always count on!

I went to visit Luxe today. I was greeted by a very kind and professional staff. Everyone was very warm and fun to talk with. Jessica was the one that showed me around the property. She made sure all my questions were answered. I am very pleased with everything. It's a great place to call home.

I've not yet moved in but I'd like to give Kudos to Miguel and Jessica! They have been very attentive via email and text. I've primarily dealt with Miguel and he was very pleasant and answered all of my questions with no issue.Their level of customer service is MUCH better than the surrounding complexes.

These apartments are so nice and well maintained. The staff is so amazing especially the maintenance team. Fernando is so helpful and knowledgeable of his work always taking care of my issues in a timely manner.

We’ve had an issue with our AC throughout the summer. Fernando had just started and fixed our AC correctly. We haven’t had an issue since he left. He is very friendly and has great customer service! Thanks Fernando!

I’m a bit surprised to see that this apartment isn’t rated higher.I think many times the way we approach someone sets the pace and mood for the interaction.Too often we share our dislikes but I had a positive experience at The Luxe at Katy Apartments. The front office staff was really helpful and never made me feel like I wasn’t their top priority.I asked to see the different floor plans and they spent some time finding apartments for me to view. I would say they went above and beyond for me. They understood my needs and were patient with my questions and requests.They answered my emails same day too!

If you are looking for your new home, come and speak with Jessica, she is really nice,attentive to your needs and really polite. The apartments are really pretty, rent is higher than others but worth what you are getting. And questions or inquiries go and ask for Jessica Hernandez she will clarify anything

I have lived there for shy of 4 yrs. Left the apartment exactly how I found it when I lived in. Even took pictures and video. Here it is 6 months later I’m fighting to get my security back. These people have fabricated lies about the apartment being left crazy. I was sent an itemized bill. I have since emailed, went to sit down and speak with NEW management plenty of times. To accused of owing a balance back when COVID was 1st on the scene. I prove to them that was paid, still no return on deposit. This lady in the office by the name of Jessica Hernandez hung up the phone on me when, I called once again to inquire about my security return and she was not nice over the phone which made me go up there in person. Even in person Jessica is very unprofessional and terrible customer service. She speaks very condescending to others and has a huge problem with active listening. I can go on but for more better words.This place here IS A NO GO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

This property is so beautiful they have apartments really spacious! And the customer service is the best Jessica hernandez have been helping a lot with all I needed in my new home, and she gives a great customer service I really recommend you to stop by this property and take a tour you won’t regret it. And ask for Jessica Hernandez she will give you her best customer service!

I'm thinking about moving to this place since it's next to my job but I'm having second thoughts. Every time I ask a question to the staff I get no response. My last question was if they had a 3rd floor unit available for November, I asked this 3 times using their own contact page. No one replied back. Than I come to the reviews and see many others having the same communication issues.

Affordable living they say, for who? I pay 1273.00 per month with unexplainable fees that change every month,I have a one bedroom and my portion of the water bill is 100+ by itself, don't even bother going in the leasing office all you get is blank stares and Duh!!!.wish I could move .will not renew

Id been living in this property for about 6 months now and was able to meet the new Manager Hortencia. She was so helpful and understanding on my requests, im happy we have someone that is taking action right away
