they made me bleed and my nail came out crooked the lady was talking while filing my nails she was rough with it i don’t recommend coming here the new owners don’t do a good job

Horrible Experience!!! Ever since the old owners left it’s been NOTHING BUT BAD SERVICE!!! I went on Monday August 3, 2020 to get mine and my sister in laws nails done and they did a HORRIBLE JOB! I paid $112 dollars for nails that didn’t even last a week! Not only that they CANT DO DESIGNS! Tamera who I guess is the new owner told us to come back the next day to get them fixed and she wasn’t even there. So I called her on August 8th to tell her how I was very unhappy about the service and how my nails had already came off and she told me to come in August 9th and she will fix them with NO CHARGE! So I get there and the nail salon is CLOSED!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

The owner is wonderful, but I’m assuming she’s the only one that could really do nails because everyone else isn’t that great. Due to the fact that I only get my natural nails painted with gel polish I’m always thrown on the other women. Two days after I left my shellac started bubbling (has never happened). I’m not saying its a horrible place. I’m just saying try and get the owner. When I set an appointment specifically for her and showed up ON TIME I was bamboozled onto the other workers so I left and will never go back.

Not what I expected I been going there for years even though I always spend about 3 to 4 hrs to get pedi and full set I would be ok because I like the service and how my nails looked. This time I was very disappointed my usual nail techs were not there Jimmy need to come back. The new guy who did my nails was very unprofessional asking me uncomfortable questions in addition he did a bad job on my nails. The lady who did my feet did the bare minimum I paid for more services the 30 dollars one for 8 minutes massage and she's been there for a long time and didn't get none and it's not like they were busy they were slow may need to find a new nail salon. Didn't say anything because I was already frustrated with the man doing my nails and seeing the bad job they were doing I was just ready to get out of there.

My first experience with them was great. This time not so much! I made an appointment last week for today March 18,2020 specifically for Jimmy because I love the way he did my nails before. Apparently he wasn't told abouty my appointment and refused to take me telling me I had to wait 1 1/2 because he just made another appointment with someone else. Wontb getting my money again, it takes 1 bad experience with me to loose me as a customer!!

I came to this nail salon a week ago to get a mani and pedi with shellac. I truly appreciated being taken care of at 6:30pm when I came in as they were about to close at 7pm. They were very patient and didn't rush anything. However, my shellac mani only lasted 2 days before it started to peel while I was on my cruise. I purposely paid extra for shellac because I wanted to have my nails done for my 7 day cruise and that didn't work out. The fact that my car got dented and scratched by someone in the parking lot didn't make me happy either.

The very best. I liked the Old management, Jimmy does my nails or Kim but none of them were available today so I had to stick with someone else but the new management oh my God I love them so so much so the nail technician kinda messed up the nails somehow but but the new manager she’s a sweetheart she fixed it up. the store closes at 7pm We were there till 10:19 PM when she finished my nails and oh my god they looks so amazing like ever since I started doing my nails it’s always too fat, looking too big but these nails Looks so beautiful and natural and I cannot believe these are my nails like I’m still staring at them I told her I’m I’m about to cry because my nails are so so beautiful so thank you to the new management of Lily spa nails
