Two years ago Lane Remodeling did a fantastic job remodeling our kitchen. We were so pleased with the work, that we hired them to remodel our master bathroom. Again, the work was awesome. The crew are diligent, precise, and very neat. They show up on time and leave at a decent time. Both jobs were completed in just less than 2 weeks. Our house is over 30 years old, so we have worked with other contractors and those experiences were not very good- subpar work, took too long, showed up late or not at all and stayed too late. I highly recommend Lane Remodeling!

Joe and his crew did a fabulous job on our outdoor deck area. It went from plain and boring to an outdoor masterpiece. We can’t thank them enough for the wonderful job that they did. We would recommend them 100%

We started off with a simple kitchen and master bath renovation but because Joe & Traci made the renovations so easy, we ended up renovating the whole downstairs! We gave them inspiration pictures and they made it a reality. The custom cabinetry is gorgeous. I highly recommend using Lane Remodeling & Construction for your renovations.

Joe & his crew did a fabulous job with our big list as we were getting ready to sell one house & move into another.
Between both homes, Joe's crew retiled our bathroom shower & tub suround it was done beautifully.
They also built new kitchen cabinets after we discovered a leak under several kitchen cabinets, on both sides & under the sink. The new cabinets matched perfectly!
They also replaced our carpet with wood flooring in 2 rooms, did demo in our laundry room & then matched our tile floors, put in a doggie door & repainted many areas.
I can't say enough how happy we were with their work, the timeliness it took them & for a reasonable price.
I wouldn't hesitate calling on them again if needed.

I have known Joe now for over 4 years. We were looking to a complete remodel of our kitchen and first met Joe in 2019. We started our remodeling project in Feb 2020 and the world ground to a halt in March due to the epidemic (after we had demolished our existing kitchen). To give you a measure of how trustworthy he is, he did not flinch one bit when this happened. He not only kept the job going but was able to accelerate it and we finished the complete kitchen remodeling project within the committed timeframe of 2 months. As with every project, we disagreed on a few items but were always able to work it out because I always found him to be fair and dependable.We loved Joe's work so much that we went back to him the following year when we needed to remodel 3 bathrooms in our home. Again, he delivered on time and we are so happy with the outcome.I know that contractors don't always have a good reputation but I can tell you from personal experience that Joe is an honest and reliable partner. He treats his people well and he treats his customers well.

What a joy to work with honest, reliable people. We have engaged Joe and Traci for two projects ( patio and roof replacement) with excellent results. The work was done as quoted and on time. Joe and his team did an amazing job with our kitchen remodel and floors. Everything was done much quicker than we anticipated and was exactly how we imagined it. All the new custom cabinets fit seamlessly into our old cabinets. Traci is great to work with too.

Joe and his team did a wonderful job for us. We were pleased with his work and more importantly his customer service. We had a couple of minor touch up areas and Joe sent his crew out to handle for us and never complained or stalled. He did things right!!! I would recommend Joe & Traci for all your home construction type jobs in the Katy / Houston area.
