I bought a bed late Saturday evening. It was delivered and set up on Sunday. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Great customer service! Landmark Furniture is humbles best kept secret. I didn’t even know it was there until I dropped a friend off at Hertz rental car next door. Glad I did!

Gentlemen, the most horrible experience of racism is the one I experienced in this store. My husband stayed in the car because we were with the dog and he just wanted to look at the beds, and the man asked me who the person was outside and why didn't he come in? As if he felt threatened, I asked him what was happening and he answered, look if you're going to do it, in a very bad way. I don't know how people like that can exist without any empathy or respect for human beings. For my part, I have the option of many other stores, thank you bye

I got a great deal on a mattress, bed frame, and box spring, a table with 4 chairs, and a chest. Jeff was very helpful and gave me a great deal all with free same day delivery. I would recommend for anyone to shop here they have better prices than anyone, and the salesman was not pushy and aggressive.

I had a very horrible experience at this location. My family went to buy a set of furniture they had in the floor in the grey color. My husband sat down and fill out the application and waited still to get his credit check. We got approved got out receipt of purchase. We got home and dumped our old furniture since we were scheduled for delivery that same same day. We then got a phone call that apparently they had sold that set to another couple that same say supposedly. Yet the furniture did not have a sold label on them. The furniture guy gave us the option to pick the brown set they had in stock or our refund. We didn't have furniture at home anymore. We had no other option. Not right at all!!!11/05/2020 I called to follow up on numerous messages and finally was able to speak to another of the family owned brother. I asked when was the manufacture was going to make more sets in grey so that we could get our purchased furniture in grey. He directly in a rude tone of voice said that I was going to Never get them. Then I wanted to explain that it was not our fault we got sold a set of furniture that his younger brother sold to another family on that same day. When he started talking over me and yelled at me to SHUT UP he then hang the phone on me. Please do your research before purchasing anything from this store I wouldn't wish anyone to go through what my family went through.

Would NOT recommend!Lie and keep you waiting!Purchased a bed set CASH, September 5th.It’s October 20th and they are still pushing back the date.Will not be ordering here every again!!2 stars because the bed frame is actually nice.Not worth the nearly 2 month wait however!

I got a great deal on a sofa and loveseat. I'm sad that they're closing as of November 23. They have nice furniture and good prices. Even better right now since they're having a big sale to close. Robert was very helpful and nice, as were all of the staff. Go now and have a look if you're looking for anything, great deals right now. I saved a lot of money even from the sale price listed on the website. I don't know if there is more than 1 location in Houston, but we went to the one on the Katy Freeway.

Blown away by the quality and selection of furniture available at Landmark Furniture’s Town and Country Store near Houston’s Memorial City. I’d only been to their clearance location previous and I could easily see the upgrade. The showroom is massive with tons of furniture and mattresses, but it didn’t feel cramped. In fact, I quite appreciated all the room partitions and decor they used to help visualize your own home setup. Fantastic location.
