The presence of cockroaches and ants is alarmingly pervasive, making it an unbearable living environment. These infestations keep coming back. The appliances provided are shockingly inadequate. Our microwave, which should have been a basic convenience, inexplicably melted while attempting to heat something for less than 30 seconds. The dishwasher, too, has proven to be nothing more than a piece of decoration, as it doesn't function at all. The management's refusal to address this matter and replace the malfunctioning dishwasher reflects their lack of responsibility and care towards their tenants.The apartment's location is another considerable drawback. Situated near a busy road, the noise pollution is incessant and impossible to ignore. This makes relaxation and peace of mind nearly unattainable within the confines of the apartment. One of the staff is very rude too.

Really bad experience here. I have a newborn and I need to fight with many cockroaches at day and night. As if it wasn’t enough the wasps are nothing gently because, I have to deal with them inside my house with a newborn on my arm. They really ruthless. The staff doesn’t work. Oh sorry, works only for your rent an apartment. After that it’s only serves your complaints about the apartment being successfully ignored.

This property is amazing! I’ve been a resident here for the last 7 years. I’ve seen several changes but all of the staff is awesome. Amazing views and wonderful amenities.

Terrible staff, so full of themselves, cockroaches swarming the place, mold building up in the showers, wasps swarming your garage and balcony, more than a month and office staff don’t do anything about it. When you try to move out because the place is inhabitable you end up paying thousands of dollars of non sense fees. Not to mention people screaming at the swimming pool 11 pm and noisy neighbors. Think twice before renting.

Terrible staff, they harass tenants, play good cop and bad cop with you, don't address your issue, play with your kids life by allowing cockroaches to swarm the place, mold building up in the showers, wasps swarming your garage and balcony, for months. Think twice before renting, specially with the beloved office staff both are just so quick to rent you an apartment after that the nightmare begins.

Talk about a great community, and they have one of the best, if not, the best staff you can find. One word to define their management team, especially Nancy, is 'hospitality'. When you think of that word, you think of people who go out of their way to show they care and have passion in what they do without you asking for it. Our situation is is different compared to most potential tenants, yet Nancy offered to help by taking action in a way she did not need to. We can not thank her enough. That is what being an amazing human being is all about. Caring for others.The maintenance team is also quick and prompt when it comes to getting things fix. Issues are resolved within 24 hours. Kudos to them as well. You can tell these guys care about their environment and the community they serve. 6 stars if I could give another to this team! Keep it up Lakeside Villa Crew. You all deserve this recognition.

Going on over a year here and I must say it has been an amazing experience for me. Lakeside Villas accommodates most if not all your family needs based on the location. Great place to call home.

I have had so many A/C issues it’s not funny. Coming home to an 80 degree apartment all the time is ridiculous.

This place is horrible. The good reviews were mostly from long time ago and the new management sucks. There is alot of crime there, and they are very shady when it comes to the whole rental process. The office manager is a jerk and does not care about helping you and when you want to talk to top management they will not help you.. Also, there are tons of bugs, car break-ins, maintenance takes days to get back to you. Not Worth it

Have you ever seen apartments manager attack residents in leasing center?This popular apartment manager Nancy did! There’s no WiFi for several days and they don’t solve it!There are many cockroaches,rats and they will tell you pay for pest control company!

Whatever you guys do, do not come live here, worse apartments ever, I have seen people doing drugs, people swing guns around like it's nothing, music really loud at all times of the night, trash all over the place, my neighbor had his car window broken into, just not a good safe apartment complex.. the clubhouse seems nice when you go there but they keep it locked so it's basically useless, when we moved here the apartment was nasty and had not been cleaned... in regards to pest control I doubt they do anything because I see bugs inside the apartments all the time. We have had to call the cops here 3x in less than 4 months because of horrible neighbors, can't wait to move out in 2 months

Paid application fee and never heard from them again. No callback. Nobody answers phone. Nobody in office.
