Came in for a maintenance cut in a hurry for a cosplay convention. Lady did not listen to anything I asked and pressured me to get highlights, ruining my costume and costing me a lot of money. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of time and money, not coming back again.

The lady colored my hair black,though I told her I need them reddish brown and just a touch up on the previous color.she said yes it is red but it was black,she told me it is gonna take 45 to 50 minutes and it actually took me four and half hours. She keeps on talking and does not listen what is told. I told her I just want my chin and upper lip waxed but she waxed my eye brows without my consent. I am attaching a Pic of what she did to my eye brow.

Overall, I was happy and satisfied with the end result of my wash and blow dry. I was a little nervous because of the reviews but like I said I was only getting a wash and blow so how bad could it be? lol I gave 4 stars because the one lady told me that I needed to wax my face. Albeit, this is an accurate assessment of said face, but I think it could have been said or asked with a little more tact.

My daughter had her hair curl in this Salon but after she left the salon hair went back to straight. Very unprofessional. Not doing a good service. Please don’t visit this salon they have a very poor quality service. They don’t know what they are doing..this salon should close down. Your money is not worth with this salon.Very bad experience.Never will comeback again .Service: Hairstyling
