This is a consistent grocery store. They keep most of the things I like in stock and they have finally figured out the check out line dilemma.

I want to say a BIG thank you to Ana in Bakery. One day I walked in a bit down cause no one could make the cake for my daughter's baby shower that I got a picture from another grocery store. She took the time and said she could do it by taking the pic from my phone. Let me just say if I could hug her I would! She did amazing on the delicious chocolate/vanilla with whip cream icing. In fact it looked even better than the pic I gave her. I am going in to personally thank her. Krogers has the best cakes! ?

Terrible service that cashier Rihanna she has such attitude every time is when I do the Instacart shopping she doesn’t just only do it to me to do all the customer that walk in her register. I don’t know how this store train cashier. She do whatever she wants, she know that there are, five Coke and one sprite so I only picked one of each for her to scans. She said she’s the only one as a no you need to do your inventory but she didn’t care so she run sprite and Coke. That Supervisor doesn’t do anything good either. I don’t think she will address her to pay attention when she does and stop giving attitude to the customer. I am a customer as well because I’m doing the job I work professionally but unfortunately, she probably just got her job never worked before just get out of the high school, but it’s not the way it works go by inventory and also my customer up short of the soda she make the mistake and then get charge.

Not my favorite store but they do have a fresh meat and seafood counter unlike the 529 store; however, on my most recent visit, they only had two checkout lanes open. They have 12 self-check but I had a lot of groceries so it's time consuming and other people get upset because the self-checkout should be for those with a fewer number of items. It was hot and the poor checkout girl was sweating. I felt for her, but I had to ask her to stop the conveyer as I couldn't unload my cart and rescue my crushable groceries. Why on earth would you allow the line to back up 5 deep and not open another lane? What happened to the sackers?

I always order my cakes here for my kids birthday parties but this time had I placed an order here with Anitta and it was so unpleasant. I had to come back cause she didn’t take my order right and didn’t write what I wanted on my order form correctly, I had to drive all the way back after realizing it was wrong on my cake. It was such a huge inconvenience on a busy day I think Anitta should have taken her time while someone is explaining their cake order for their special occasion. Anyways Kimberly was able to help me out and fix it for me she deserves a raise Kimberly’s customer service & kindness is unmatched.

Today I went in at about 5:50pm and Elias, a worker at Kroger couldn't make a simple call to the Kroger at Morton. He's response to my request on whether he could check at Morton location was "I don't have the system to check" and when I asked to please call he said "They're going to say, you call us at our busiest time". Instead he advice me to go there or Tuckerton. Customer service at this location had degraded dramatically in the past 2yrs or so.

Today is my first time using Kroger pickup. I had an awesome experience. Team Lead Zayn brought my order to my vehicle. He was very polite. For this very reason I will continue to use Kroger pickup. I'm one happy customer ?

I shop here often. I usually do the pickup. The employees are nice and customer service is good. If they mess up on my order, they will fix it and give me a discount. I recommend shopping here.
