I went the Kroger at Mason Rd and westhermer parkway on 07-29-2024 after swipe my snap food lone start card then the machine get skimming, scamer ad some if part to scams money from customers and scam my money $698.48 .after paid some food and I check balance on the receipt and surprise money was loose all only o.50 cents available. I reported to the card service it is fraud from Kroger credit machine and also report to the FBI investigation, the fishing scamer will be fine at least 10 years in jails and up fine $ 10.000-20.000 .That is stupid skimming scams by Kroger. I thought this store no customers at all then try stolen money customers pay for inventory groceries, for sure this store will bankruptcy soon and scamer or manage any one involving fraud charges will be prison very soon .I have been reported and replacement benefits to me back by fraudsters

What do you think? How much does the whole milk cottage cheese in the white tab cost? 3.99 or 5.99?
I thought 3.99, but it I was wrong. It 5.99. When I asked the manager, he said: "Sorry, I see how you were mistaken." He didn't offer to adjust the price or exchange the product. The worst thing was that he didn't move the product to correct the issue. So the next customer will make the same mistake I did.
This is not the 1st time with this store. I had an issue with another product on sale, ringing a wrong price. The customer service rep adjusted it, but boy, she wasn't nice about it.

Update: add Alex to the kudos, went above & beyond tonight, at closing time at that. BEST CURBSIDE team of any grocery in the city. Nathan, Santiago, Richard (Mgr) are the best, standouts. They shop carefully, they pick the freshest produce & products, nothing is ever crushed, very attentive. You go once and they will remember you and your special requests. Hands down, fabulous!

Good basic grocery store. Customer service is good, but they don't carry as much as the larger stores. Plenty of parking. There was a lady inside preaching to customers about needing to find and accept Jesus Christ. I wish the manager had asked her to leave. Otherwise, it was an uneventful trip to the store where I got the basics I needed.

$4.99 lb Ribeye that is not really $4.99 lb because you have to log on through an app in the back of the store where there is no signal only to find out it didn’t apply to the pack you picked out because they were thin cut but the sign (THAT WAS ABOVE THE PRODUCT YOU SELECTED) didn’t say that. Horrible company, only reason you all exist is because it’s a monopoly. Folks go to Aldi & don’t give these clowns a cent.

I purchased a cooked burrito at the Kroger located at 22150 Westheimer in Cinco Ranch. To my horror, it was full of mold (see pictures - it’s all over the burrito and quite large!). I realized it at the first bite, but it was late, and it got into my mouth. DISGUSTING!
I bought the burrito to save time because I had to work and look after my small kids simultaneously. Instead of saving time, I had to drive back to the store to show this unbelievable piece of "art" to the store manager, Shea. His reaction was shocking:
1. He didn’t apologize. Not even a little.
2. He offered me a replacement (another burrito with mold??) or my money back.
When I asked if he thought that I needed a bit more than that (hinting at a possible apology, at least), he said no calmly!
Negligence in food safety can lead to serious health consequences. Store managers should be trained to prevent situations where food goes bad, especially to this extent. Also, customer service is a crucial skill in this business, and store manager Shea clearly has no understanding of it.
This store exhibits poor food safety practices and a complete lack of customer service and basic politeness. Shop at your own risk.

Unfortunately this is the closest kroger to my home otherwise I would never come here. Always expired food on the shelves, produce rarely fresh and the customer service is a joke. The kids who work here are always on their phones, and appear to hate it here as well.

The app is too confusing. whenever you clip coupons, you have to read exactly what it is and even then it is not correct.

The store is clean, decent and convenient for me. Its not usually too crowded. They don't carry as many store-brand products as other larger locations; a consideration given the current rate of inflation. Better than average grocery store sushi; bakery is OK, and I have no issues with their produce. HEB has superior selections, but its further from me and its always so crowded its just a PIA to shop there. As an aside, (and its not a criticism of this location), but the Kroger app in general sucks.
