Poorly organized store, came in with neighbor to buy ice as we have no power for refrigerator. Had 1 pack per person policy, and we are both adults who paid separately for our 1 pack of ice each, but 3 different store employees yelled at us that we were taking 2 packs. First we are two people, second we are paying independently, and third, we are buying for ourselves not for one household. The young guy just passive aggressively said "whatever" when told this even though he was the one to provoke this, the old guy upon being told we already discussed this with two prior staff members waved rudely and left. Get a grip, you power-tripping, micromanaging nazis.

Apr 2024 - just popped in for a pound of ground meat and some breadsticks for some Pasta e fagioli soup. Used the self check out. Alls well with a quick in and out. The store looked well stocked and clean
Jun 2024 - used digital coupon for the first time today. Lol... we're coming up to par in the digital world we now live. ?

Nothing was where it should’ve been, The staff was not helpful with finding the items. Overall not a good experience, They have a lot of stuff but not the stuff i needed.

Kevin in the deli section was so helpful, kind, and did a great job for me in slicing cold cuts as thin as I wanted and handled my food carefully in a way that shows that he knows how the client needs his/her goods to be and not like the others who throw slices in the bag with air inside, stacked on eachother with wetness in between that yields food to go bad quickly.
Thanks, Kevin, and keep doing your job in such a caring way.
Someone is here to appreciate it.

Update 2024: the lady with the short hair at the flower dept is cold and unfriendly. I was browsing the plants and flowers and we made eye contact, I greeted her with a smile and she just gave me a cold annoyed stare for a few seconds then went back to look at her phone. She must not be from the South bec?ause that's not how we people treat people here.

A Latino boy behind the deli bar was making inappropriate jokes near my children . I saw him touch inside his pants and continue to make deli food without washing his hands. I asked his name and he refused.Another employee told me his name was Kevin Garcia. I am very disappointed and will no longer be buying deli meat/ food from Kroger .

Mediocre service and ahole management. Never shop at night because they do not have tellers to help and do not wait in the car in front of the store early in the morning because the management will throw a hissyfit. Ugh.
