The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, but I do wish that they’d do something about all of the flies that seem to be infesting the root vegetable area. Every time I go by for onions or potatoes, the whole display has been covered in flies, and it’s been like this for a couple of months

The layout of this store is awful. I have no idea why certain categories of items are where they are. That happens throughout the whole store. The organization is terrible.

Today, March 20 at 11:55, they did not allow me to enter the supermarket because they closed and I could not do my shopping. Why do they close it? If they have an established schedule, the supervisor of that store told me without giving me further explanation. Correct that.

Solely regarding the Healthcare and skincare, hair, beauty & over the counter medical products.This place is incredible. Never have I seen so many products sold under one roof. This place is like triple any CVS or Walgreens you will ever find. Not sure of the prices, but the selection was simply dazzling.

This is a warning for anyone that uses Kroger and especially if you order online for pick up. On 12/08/2023 I purchased $38.19 of groceries at the 99 and Morton Ranch Rd. in Katy, Texas. I was checking my bank account this morning and noticed that Kroger charged my account an additional 6 times totaling $180. I called their customer service to report it. The first ( idiot) Customer service rep I talked to said it was their normal business practice to place pending charges on your card and not to worry the charges would be reversed in 5-9 business days. I told him I was pissed and those were unauthorized charges. His response... " I know how you feel". I told him I was going to go to Kroger and take $180 worth of groceries from the store without paying for them. I said I would return them in 5-9 business days. He advised that would be stealing and illegal. I responded... SO IS PLACING UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES ON MY CARD.Long story short.... I called my bank and filed a complaint and had them remove those charges. I called Kroger customer Service 2 more times. Talked to 2 other Customer service reps who were literally more ignorant and useless than the first one. If you use Krogers and their pickup service be aware they can and will abuse your trust when it comes to your, money business and loyalty.I can honestly say I have shopped at Krogers for 30+ years. Buy my groceries, gas and medications there. As of today...Never again! Hello HEB!

I love this Kroger. It’s super close to where I live & they have pretty much everything; rarely are they out of stock of things. & me, I tend to always shop LaTe & I buy a LoT of groceries when I do including my baby’s formula that’s locked up & has to be unlocked by a cashier. Whenever I get done shopping, normally the only lanes opened are the self checkout & let’s be honest I do NOT want to check out my huge basket full of stuff. Thankfully, I don’t ever have to because of how kind the workers are. One lady in particular always helps me so much Miss Julia. She always opens up a lane for me & checks me out & gets my formula for me too. I REALLY appreciate that kind of customer service it goes a long way. Thank you.
