Despite assurances of timely prescription readiness, my experiences at Kroger have consistently fallen short. Promised pickup times have been routinely missed, leading to wasted trips and frustration. The lack of organization and reliability in fulfilling orders undermines the convenience of using their pharmacy services. Improvement in communication and order management is sorely needed.

Excellent place to get your medications. Taylor is the best pharmacist there, she should be The Manager. Taylor is kind, professional & friendly, she really cares for her customers, going above and beyond.

This is the best pharmacy in Katy, Texas. The customer service is amazing thanks to The Wonderful Assistant Manager Taylor Hollins. Ms. Hollins is so friendly and a very hard worker, she should be The Manager of that place.

I had such a great experience the first time, I decided to have all of my prescriptions transferred to this location! Faster than expected, I received a text notification to let me know when my prescription was ready. I was greeted the moment I walked up to the pharmacy desk and then the entire process was finished in less than 5 minutes! So far, about 5 transactions have been almost exactly the same as the first!

Older never updated location. It was not brightly lit which in ANY food related business means they're attempting to hide uncleanliness. One whole section on the produce wall had no functioning lights at all. Manager was chatting with a customer and other employee blocking the ONE manned checkout lane. It took a long gaze at me by the other customer before the manager had any idea anyone else was nearby. Cashier was brusque about where items were placed on the conveyor. Was not impressed and will not be returning to this location.

Last minute help!! Dr. Nguyen and Joshua were incredibly helpful. They got slammed last minute with customers and rocked it.

I am usually a huge Kroger fan. I had to be on this side of town and figured a Kroger is a Kroger is a Kroger, right?No! From a personnel perspective this is probably the worst Kroger and maybe even the worst grocery store ever that I have shop that. I asked if they were restocking the chicken that was on sale to a person working in the meat department. They said they would check. They never came back. When I finally called out to someone in the back, an employee came running up behind me and told me to stop yelling. I assure you I was not yelling. Her service was efficient, but curt and borderline rude. After 20 minutes, in the middle of a weekday, in line, I asked a manager to open a new register. She did, and took the next person walking toward the register rather than those of us who had already been waiting for an unreasonably long time. When I was finally checked out, my cashier was rude and unprofessional and distinctly unpleasant. She slammed items, grumbled about having to bag things as I wanted it done, kept asking if I'd paid for my drink (which I brought with me & they don't sell). She even complained about how I was begging my own items. Because, of course there were no baggers.It was almost comical to hear her complain about having to scan my Kroger membership, card off of my phone instead of me, handing her my phone or typing in a phone number. While the store was well stocked and fairly clean, the people make this a horrible shopping experience. Do not go. Go to a different Kroger or a different grocery store entirely. Kroger corporate needs to do some major, major changes in the store.

When my husband and I first walked in we noticed the bad smell. However, we were happy to see all their Wic approved items were labeled and everything seemed correctly stocked. The problem was when we got to the register. We still had a remaining balance. Which we were not upset about cause mistakes happen, but our Cashier Lacullia made sure to tell us how time consuming this is for her. She also told us, "you need to know what you're getting, cause I don't know what you're supposed to get. So I asked if she can get a manager to help us remove what didn't get approved. She then started waving her hands in the air, huffing and puffing to show her frustration and then telling the other customers they need to go somewhere else because this is going to take a while. Mind you I'm pregnant and very emotionally vulnerable right now l. My stomach twisted so much with the way she talked to us and then embarrassed us. Luckily the manager came to the rescue. She was very sweet and very knowledgeable. So she got us out quick. We were so happy to get out of there and will never return.

I was having a hard time filling a prescription for burn cream after Costco said I’d have to wait 24 hours. Another Kroger couldn’t help me either, but this location on Fry & W Little York was able to call Costco, transfer the scrip over and have it ready within a few hours. When you’re literally burned, time matters! Thanks Kroger.

Very bad attention from the same director of the pharmacy that yesterday I had to come for my mother's medicines and they had them ready and they told me that until today at 12:00 pm and when I arrive today, he tells me Sir, they were not there for 1 hour, it seems to me an immense lack of respect on your part. Very bad work, they should run it.

Poor customer service from Taylor and the other Sr. They refuse to give the order for my baby. They doesn’t have manners to serve as customer service.
