This Kroger has gone downhill, there is no true customer service anywhere in the store, the shelves are empty and there is no one to help with anything. Sorry to see as this was such a good experience in the past!

This pharmacy is horrible. They are unprofessional, don’t care about people time and how we feel. This is not acceptable . I went take my husband’s prescription. Arrived on time, long before lunch time. They stated it would be an hour wait and I stated I would be waiting. I came back 15 minutes after an hour, to find them closing for lunch. Stated to the tech that I told them I would be waiting for the Meds. Medication was not ready after 1.hour and 15 minutes. The tech had no regard for my time and all she was concerned about was closing for lunch. I took the prescription to CVS. I had no issues, although they was about to be closed for lunch and didn’t have to wait. I will never take a prescription to Kroger pharmacy ever.
Bad customer service!!

Most Kroger stores are well managed. The store on spring green in Katy Tx. has very poor front of store customer service.

Last Monday I called the pharmacy to find out if they had antibiotics and they said yes, I knew it was an hour before they closed but I explained to the guy that I had already wasted my time at Walgreens (2 hours to be exact and not even they gave me my medicine). When I arrived, the pharmacist and the person I spoke to on the phone, changed the order from where it had been and I got my medicine in 30 minutes. I loved how caring and diligent they were, this will be my pharmacy of choice from now on!And when I find out the names of these two guys I will update my review so they know that they are the best! By the way, all this is because that day I felt very sick and I needed my medicine.

I agree with the other reviewers here who have had poor experiences with this pharmacy. Every time I refill my prescription via the app and schedule a time (usually well ahead of time) it is not ready on time, and sometimes it's not even in stock. This latest situation it's not even ready 36 hours after the scheduled pick up and I am told I'll need to wait about an hour.I've asked repeatedly about the app and am always told there's some new issue...I'm honestly not sure why they have it at all. This all said, the people have always been fairly pleasant, and I'm sure they're tired of the frustrated customers, which is why I'm giving 2 starts instead of 1.

This review is specifically for the pharmacy at the Kroger/Spring Green store in Katy. Man...what the hell. I have just had my latest pharmacy-related irksome experience, and I am usually one of the most understanding, undemanding customers out there. I had a scrip refill last weekend. It was VERY IMPORTANT, and I truly needed it. Like, desperately. Got to the pharmacy not long after the ER physician prescribed it, only to be told it was unavailable because the pharmacy cut the wrong dose. This was right before they closed for the day, of course. Too bad for me! No meds. The following day: No meds. Day 3. No meds. I gave up. Today--EIGHT days later--I went to the drive-through to get the original scrip. Got told it WASN'T READY, and could I spin around? Ten minutes, she said. I spun around. Got pharmacy employee #2 on the next try. (We're up to 5 tries, if you're counting.) Gave her my name and DOB. She looked at her screen and flatly said: "We don't have that." My brain imploded. I turned my car off and politely--but dead-seriously--said...Thanks, I'll wait. And I did. I should have done that in the first place, but I was too sick at the time. Suddenly white coats are buzzing around. Pharmacist gets on the horn to ask if I had any questions...oh, honey, I sure did. But I left them unsaid. He was gone before I finished saying, No thanks. Employee #2 came back and I put my cards in the drawer...she slammed it so hard my windows rattled, like I'd put HER out by having the temerity to wait for my stuff. A moment later I finally had my long-lost prescription. I thanked her...got next to no response. I do not ask much from a pharmacy (or anything public, really) these days. I do not expect much. But this? I'm done. Is it just me, or is 8 days to fill an ER-visit prescription insane?

Customer service 1 starWait times 0 starCommunication 0 starI once went through the drive thru and as I was waiting I continued to watch them help people walking up to the counter that had arrived long after I had pulled up in the drive thru. They have no concern for peoples time. They need to either get some help in there or all new staff. I just called to check on a prescription that was sent in Jan 3rd and still showing in progress on the app. Well guess what, it’s ready! Not once did I receive a text letting me know I had prescriptions ready for pick up. I just wonder how some people keep jobs these days. I work in a fully based customer service industry and if my employees were anything like Kroger pharmacy employees, we would be out of business.

When Jorge was managing this store, Service was amazing. Today I called about a prescription sent 8 days and 6 days ago respectfully (2 Rxs). Was hung up on 2 times after waiting 5 min each time. Finally called main line of grocery store and paged pharmacy before talking to pharmacists after online said Rx wasn’t ready from a week ago. Got to store after giving them over an hour to fill it (per their request) and waited 30 minutes in line (2 people in front of me) to be told it would be another 10 minutes. We never get texted anymore when prescriptions are ready and they never open the drive-thru anymore. Run away.

My family won't be shopping here anymore. Prices have been going up while customer service is going down. No amoxicillin--no problem; call us when the order comes in so we can get on the path to recovery somewhere else. The next prescription we went to pick up resulted in being told that it was "gonna take a long time" and to pick up the next day. Okay, but the next day it wasn't ready either. "No one told us it was a priority" is a terrible excuse for not filling a common prescription in a timely manner. Costco and CVS are better for us now.

I hope you have some better understanding in catering to customers, if you're prejudice, disgruntled by assisting customers then do not work in a customer facing job. I also stress you establish better understanding of Texas local laws regarding the purchase of alcohol to patrons who are obviously over 21. I will not shop here again, due to poor customer service, it might not make a difference to a hourly wage employee but to Whoever cares at Kroger and as a corp you missed out on thousands that I potentially would've otherwise spent at your store.

I honestly hate this pharmacy. The only reason I use it is because it’s the only pharmacy that will accept my husbands insurance within 8 miles of us, they are so slow, most all of the assistants are extremely rude, all but one of the pharmacist have been pretty snappy and short as well. I’ve never had this experience at any other pharmacy. I now understand why when we moved here everyone told us not to use them. Also most of the assistants seem under qualified and have NO idea what they are doing.
