This Kroger has gone downhill, there is no true customer service anywhere in the store, the shelves are empty and there is no one to help with anything. Sorry to see as this was such a good experience in the past!

Kroger isxnatorious,is notorious, closing early and doesn't care about patients at all. Try and see

Most Kroger stores are well managed. The store on spring green in Katy Tx. has very poor front of store customer service.
