I ordered two chairs online to be delivered to this store for pick up a month ago and have received no updates on the status of my order after it was delayed by 3+ weeks. After requesting a refund becaus they could not locate my order, I still have yet to receive the refund. I would be very cautious of ordering online from Kirklands.

Bad management on duty this evening on 11/03/23. I love shopping here, never had an issue till today in the fall and Halloween mark downs. Sign said 50% off and still refused to mark down the price after the cashier said they would mark it down when she walked with me to see the sign and the rest of the inventory with the 50% off sign.

I enjoyed my shopping experience mostly bc of Kaylie! So kind and sweet to deal with. Helpful to make my purchases feel more fun ? I also was grateful to the manager for stop what she was doing to help me find a price on a piece of furniture I was interested in buying ~ please keep the Sale prices $$ going so we can continue to indulge!
