Kingsland Baptist is doing more bad things for the community then good. "Hope Impacts" an organization created by Kingland Baptist to support the homeless has created a MASSIVE homeless problem in the neighboring family communities. Rather than helping us to create a safe community, they are making it unsafe for residents and a homeless haven. Homeless from Downtown Houston are being bussed down to the area for showers, care, and supplies leading to homeless encampments all throughout the intersections, creek, and community. Not only are they polluting the streets and area with tons of trash, but it is really becoming a terrifying place to live. These homeless encampments are full of criminals that are vandalizing the community, breaking into cars & houses, exposing themselves to runners along the trails, doing drugs in the open near the schools and much more! They have even found human remains in these encampments. Please move this organization away from residential areas. It is not safe that this place is near so many schools, houses, and churches. People amongst the organization have said themselves that they would not want to live next to this. This belongs in a commercial area far away from what is supposed to be a safe suburban community.

We starting going to Kingsland in 2018, and it has been a very welcoming church, from the service to the community groups, and Wednesday nights Bible study. If you are looking for a family oriented community that welcomes you this is the place to be. This church had become family, I love my community group on Sunday.Worship is amazing, sermons are short and to the point, they talk about everything.

30 seconds of this video should be enough to get anyone interested in visiting this church. It seriously feels like you’re surrounded by a choir of angels!

I just started going to this church after my family and I tried it out on Easter sunday, and I love it so far. The people are very nice and welcoming and the service is great! The pastors have really good messages and they make it pretty relatable. Definitely will keep coming here!

Kingsland changed our lives. We were only living in Katy for a year and we felt right at home without be members. We really enjoyed it.

The worship service here is energetic. The message is short and gets to the point. The length of the service is just right, not too long winded and yet gets the message out. I love the community group here. They will try to connect you and make you feel like a family. All the leaders here are very friendly and helpful too. Facilities are well designed, organized and conducted. Ample parking spaces, elevators and ramps available throughout. Children’s ministry here is awesome. They cater from the very young all the way to high school. There’s are a lot of support and activities for adults, families and the retired. You will feel welcome here and you will love to get involved and give back to the community.

They talk big talk but don't actually care about you unless it is convient and during their "business hours". I was suicidal and asked for help, they wrote me off and told me to call my doctor who I couldn't get a hold of in the first place. I wanted spiritual help and got denied. This why I am no longer a Christian. I can't deal with fake people who like to put on a show on stage, but don't genuinely want to help anyone. Talk is cheap.

I have fallen in love with Kingsland ... The first time I went, no one was at church other than the pastor and his wife and a few women. They sat down and the pastor explained that the whole church was out doing misc day of caring around the area. He invited us to come back next week to see the different projects being done. And I did. I was impressed how they were walking the talk. I kept going. I saw how the church loved all people. That the church has a great kids program. They encourage their members to be involved in all ways. They have volunteers to help teach English to people by reading the Bible. They invite with open arms families with children that have special needs. They have great men programs. So so many great other programs to be involved in. Our pastors are all so good in helping grow us in our personal relationships with Jesus. Kingsland seems like a large church, but once you get plugged into a community group, bible study groups, etc it becomes so much smaller. Oh and our worship group is amazing. I would invite all to come and join in and be loved and love others.
