I would like to preface with the sentiment that I do not write reviews. However, I felt this was an attack on my character and I felt insulted leaving this store.
I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service I recently received at this location. As a regular customer who has often enjoyed satisfactory service here, including having my suits tailored, today's experience was remarkably disheartening.
A couple of weeks ago, I purchased a white dress shirt for a last-minute event. Upon opening it, I discovered brownish-yellow stains on the shirt. This issue was particularly concerning given that another recent review mentioned a similar problem. Unfortunately, due to international travel, I was unable to return the shirt immediately, but I was well within the 30-day return policy when I returned.
Upon entering the store, I approached the cashier with my receipt and the stained shirt, requesting an exchange. The manager was called, and to my surprise, she refused to exchange the shirt, citing a supposed 10-day return policy and claiming the shirt was dirty. I pointed out that the stains were present when I purchased the shirt and that the return policy did not mention a 10-day limit. Her assertion that the shirt could not be resold due to its condition was particularly perplexing, given that I had purchased it in that very state.
This interaction was deeply frustrating and disappointing. It suggested a lack of accountability and implied dishonesty on my part, which is both insulting and unacceptable. As a working professional and a pillar in my community, I felt profoundly disrespected by the insinuation and the refusal to rectify what was clearly an error on the store’s part.
I urge the management to reconsider their approach to customer service and to uphold the quality and integrity that customers rightfully expect.

I recently visited K&G Fashion Superstore and spent about $400 on a full suit. The experience overall was quite positive. The staff was incredibly helpful in finding the right suit for me, and they did an excellent job with the tailoring. The suit fits perfectly and looks great.
However, I did encounter an issue with the dress shirt I purchased. It came packaged, and when I opened it at home, I found brown stains throughout the shirt. This was quite disappointing after such a good experience with the suit and the store's service.
Overall, while I am very pleased with the suit and the assistance I received, the quality control on the packaged shirt needs improvement.

I return my suits and the customer services was terrible. they asked me for the coupons they gave me in my previous purchase for three suits. The return was like a punishment. I will not return to this store.

Had a horrible experience at this store. This is my first time writing a
bad review but one of Hispanic lady at this store was extremely horrible. First, she came to me while waiting for my husband at the dressing room and was so rude. She asked me why did I open the shirt before paying for it. So, I apologized that it's our first time here and didn't know the rules. Unfortunately, she was the one that checked us out she was so mean and arrogant, her eyes said you can't afford all these. She was surprised when we spent over $300. Her response to my questions were so rude. I honestly wished I didn't come with my husband, but he wanted my opinion. I had given her feedback to change her attitude when dealing with customers. To top it all, she accused me of taking pictures on my way out, I wished I took pictures of her so y'all know who to avoid. I recognize people are going through a lot these days but she treated me so bad and I would recommend avoid this place if you can't handle bad attitude.

I have shopped here on many occasions as it close to my home. I just recently bought two suits a pair of shoes and a tuxedo earlier in the year very good quality and the prices are very good. They also have a large variety and selection of clothes and they do alterations if you need it. If I am shopping for clothes, shoes, suits or ties I would definitely go here first.
