Christmas is a really hard time to shop but I got some last minute shopping done at Kendra Scott this week! All the employees are so sweet but Victoria was such a gem and so helpful- even though it was so so busy. Thank you girl!!

We came to buy birthday present for my daughter. The solid gold bar is not too wide so we were able to choose one and it looks good. The sales assistance is nice and pleasant, however the price calculation was unclear and the starting price was rise at the moment we paid. I hope that item we have bought will be good in usage for my daughter.

Love the new store setup and location! The staff were extremely welcoming and offered assistance with any item I was looking at. The manager was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I recommend checking out the new location and seeing their fine jewelry!

LaCenterra location has rude staff. Also the jewelry quality is just not good. I bought the high quality gold earrings and they tarnished.

Happy staff, very helpful. Staff is patient enough to help you find a piece of jewelry knowing you leave store satisfied. I love this kendra scott location!

This specific location of Kendra Scott is absolutely amazing. Not only is the jewelry gorgeous, but so are the sales associates! Jade and Abby were absolutely amazing! Jade was the sweetest and dedicated a whole 30 minutes towards me shopping including letting me stay 15 minutes after close, and she picked out the three cutest pieces! I have never thought much about kendra scott but I will definitely be back!

I never leave reviews because I’ve worked in Retail so long I get it but this was just such a bad experience I feel like I had to say something. Yesterday 8/12 my cousin and I stopped in to see if my tarnished and broken earrings could be replaced since these are my absolute favorites! So I went in asking this salesgirl what they could do for my earrings and immediately she had such an attitude and rolled her eyes at me saying they could only clean them and she took them and walked away without giving me a chance to talk I was already disappointed that was my only option but when she handed them back to me they looked exactly the same. I’ve shopped with Kendra Scott for years but mostly at their flagship store in Austin Tx I guess I should just stick to shopping there because this location was soooo rude!!! even my cousin pointed out she was being really rude about me asking. I read other reviews about this location and its so disappointing how rude this location is I almost couldn’t believe I was shopping at Kendra Scott because I’m used to the staff being nice to me at the Austin stores.

It’s always a bad experience but today was the worst. We went to change some earrings that were a gift and came defective. This earrings are from their fine jewelry collection so they are around $200. Apparently they were sold out and offer to give us the money back. We asked if they can order some and maybe ship them and she said we had to pay for shipping regardless. Ok then we asked if they can find them in another store. She seemed annoyed but she “looked” she said they had them at the City Center store we said ok we will go there. Asked if they can call and set aside for us, that we were in our way to exchange them she said yes. (All this exchange of us requesting took 1/2 an hour) she never suggested anything to help us! Anyway, we go to the City Center store and ask for them and said that the store called ahead and the employee said she had no idea what we were talking about. They called but asked for another piece that we were exchanging too. At this store, it only took around 10 minutes to sort everything out and apologized for the defective earrings. She inspected them and said both were defective and broken and had no idea how no one noticed. I usually try to avoid going to the Centerra store because their customer service is awful. Some employees there are either clueless or not helpful or even nice, even if you are purchasing a piece. Again I have NEVER had a good experience at this location. Managers won’t help either

I am a loyal customer of Kendra’s before the store even opened in Lacenterra - traveled to Memorial City. I took a pair of hoop earrings in to speak to the sales attendant regarding they tarnished. What options were there. The reply was the best they good do is 20% toward a new item. I was already disappointed that the earrings color had faded so drastically now this what they offered. Should they display a sign we charge full price even though the jewelry may not last long best you’ll get is 20%. Feeling disappointed for sure.

Went there for a charity event the other day with a girl friend. We had such a lovely time! I’ve passed the store a few times admiring the pieces, but once inside it felt so good I just had to purchase something. I got a beautiful bracelet and complimentary champagne. The two employees were super sweet and helpful as well as the ladies from Society Prosper!

Daniel and Kailyn saved the day! If it wasn't for them this would have been a 1 star! Daniel came out from the back and immediately asked if I needed help and I was like oooh "I'm not invisible today!" I don't usually like to give negative feedback but I walked into the store and stood at the color bar a few minutes with two sales associates standing right in front of me and they completly ignored me. I even cleared my throat to get their attention and nothing. Looking at your reviews it looks like this is an ongoing problem. One of the associates was a blonde lady with an accent and there was girl with her with dark hair. Just so rude, I clearly needed assistance at the color bar. I even said "Hello" at one point and nothing. Time to clean up shop. Hire more people like Daniel and Kailyn!

Went in the day before Christmas and though it was very busy, we managed to be taken care of right away! Daniel was absolutely phenomenal—he showed us different selections, was very patient and let us take our time, he was super kind and upon checking out, he was very efficient and quick!

Great gift card for my secretary that loves this place. I came into the location that was busy and looking lost. A girl came up and immediately asked if she could help me. I asked if they had physical gift cards- they have electronic ones but I have had trouble with electronic ones in the past with some companies. I was in getting my card and out in about 5 minutes.

Stephanie was a great help with my 13 year old daughter's purchases. So much so that I left the store with a necklace for myself... I had no intention of buying anything at all for myself when I left out home. Customer service was great and I'll ask for Stephanie when I return to shop again!
