I recently had the opportunity to visit Katy Tyre Shop due to an unexpected issue with my car's tires. Despite not having an appointment, I was warmly welcomed and promptly attended to. The level of customer service extended to me was both amiable and considerate, leaving me thoroughly impressed with the establishment. I greatly appreciate their professional and efficient assistance in resolving my tire concerns.

Wow! This place is a hidden gem! I had a flat tire after hitting a nail, and needed it fixed ASAP. I walked in with no appointment, and Katy Tyre Shop patched my tire and had me back on the road in no time. Fast, reliable, AFFORDABLE and quality service! Also love that I am supporting a local business: skip the big-brand auto shops and head to family-owned Katy Tyre!

I Had an emergency called around some stores were like leave your vehicle here or come back tomorrow and they still have 30mins before close. Fortunately, I found this shop. I Was there like 5-10 mins before store about to close due to driving around looking for shops to take me in. I hate to be that person come in the last minute. However the guys were super helpful and nice. Changed 2 tires and rotate for me.Got me in and out pretty fast. I would come back here again thank you very much guys.

Sold us a “Brand New” Washer and Dryer that was supposed to have a 12 month warranty. Installed the appliances and the dryer doesn’t get hot. Called for warranty service and they do not offer service, only a manufacturer warranty. The owner then proceeded to blame us for the dryer not working. DO NOT use this business.
