If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner Mariana refused to send the prescription that the doctor sent to her to another pharmacy in Minnesota she said "I DONT GAIN ANY BUSINESS IN THIS AND WHY SHOULD I, I'M NOT THE MAIL SERVICE" I explained to her that this is not the first time since their system wasn't getting the prescription and that my mom needs her meds, she still refused even after I told her that this a very heartless thing to do.Update:I'm replying to your comment since you blocked me from responding to your comment. first off I did not ask you to violate anything it was your pharmacy that called me about 6 months ago to tell me that y'all are raising the price of mom's medication and your pharmacy tech asked me if I'm ok with y'all sending my moms prescription to this pharmacy in MINNESOTA, so I said yes of course and that is how it's been since then, every time the dr sends the prescription to your pharmacy y'all send it to TRUAX pharmacy. So this was YA'LL FROM THE GET GO. So please don't pull the HIPAA card when it was y'all. 2nd off own up to your words that you said "I'M NOT GAINING ANY BUSINESS FROM SENDING IT TO THE OTHER PHARMACY I'M NOT THE MAIL PERSON" I didn't know this was a personal issue to you. but again very heartless and rude. It does not hurt to be kind.

I have used Katy Pharmacy for years with compounded meds and find them to be exceptional in their acuuracy and friendly customer service. So happy they are in the neighborhood.

A local cvs couldn’t/wouldn’t order the brand I needed. After 30 days of trying to get them to either order the brand or convert it to 10 mg instead of 5 mg the cvs left me stranded without life saving meds. I called Katy pharmacy on Fry road and they transferred the prescription from cvs and will have the meds in 3 days.LOVE LOVE LOVE KATY PHARMACY ON FRY ROAD!!!!Wish I had thought of them earlier. ??Give them a try. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING!

As a pharmacist myself, I’m disappointed with the lack of communication. Prescriptions not being ordered as the staff said they would, is not acceptable patient care. They tried to say they ordered the medication but it “didn’t come in” I asked what the reason was, but there was none, “it just didn’t come”. Try to lie to someone who is ignorant, but don’t try it with me.

This is the only pharmacy near me that did compounds, it is expensive but then again the medication that was needed is already expensive. When I first called they were very nice, helpful and knowledgeable.

I called about a compounding medication I was looking for and an approximate price and length of time it would take to get it. I was very please with the pharmacist I spoke to. She answered all of my questions and put me more at ease about switching to a compounded version of my prescription.

I live out of town 7 1/2 hours away from this pharmacy. I have to get my prescriptions mailed to me. So, last week I called and requested two prescriptions to be refilled. I received only one today in the mail. So, this morning I called this pharmacy and spoke to a young lady, she was ok. I ended up asking for a manager bc of what she said the manager said, she said the managers name was Gabriela. I talked to Gabriela, told Gabriela exactly what I told the other worker. Gabri
