We have been using Katy Medical Supply for years; I can't believe I haven't reviewed them before this. They carry limited stock but go above and beyond to order (quick delivery) what we need. They have been friendly and helpful over the years. I recommend them to everyone.

I ordered 4 pairs of scrubs and instead of telling me they aren't made anymore they gave me the wrong ones and won't take them back. Will not receive more business.

This is a great resource for getting any type of medical supplies you need. What I liked most about the store is the personalized experience that you get, which is so hard to come by these days. They take their time to make sure you get what you need, the right fitting and sizing. The family owned business makes sure you feel safe, they take all precautionary measures necessary, have supplies in stock to help keep you safe, and most importantly can guide you throughout the shopping experience.

The ladies at the office are incredibly sweet!!!! I have never been disappointed with the quality of service that katy Medical offers. My mother needed a wheelchair and they were able to fit her and deliver to my home. The lady technician was very professional and explained everything very clearly. 5 stars is truly an understatement.

Last week went into rent a wheelchair would even pay for it ahead of time,they say they don't reserve how can you take a chance to pick up a wheelchair if they won't reserve and you can pay? I went down street to memorial Hermann pharmacy more than kind to reserve and it was $20 cheaper shame on you Katy medical will not be back nor should anyone else!!

Bought a pack of bariatric adult diapers and pack of underpads because my wife was between hospices and we thought we would run out. The new hospice got supplies to us sooner than we thought, so we did not have to use the supplies I just bought. They are both unopened. Was told by the lady at the store that it is against health regulations to return these supplies even if they are unopened. You can return unopened diapers everywhere else, but why not here. Yes, the receipt says all sales are final, and not returnable. Unfortunately, you get the receipt after you make the purchase.

This place is horrible. The person who worked in the store was rute. I waited in line for 20 minutes. When it was my turn, the phone rang. She was on the phone for 15 minutes. After I told her that I am here f oh r 30 minutes in line, she can put person on hold. She told me that I am not her priority. I never received such service before in my life. I never write bad reports, but this customer service shocked me so much, I could not believe I am hearing such words. I never coming back. I forgot to say that I was with my 75 years old father who waited with me to buy compression socks.

The lady that works here is beyond rude! I bought some shoes here and asked about the return policy. I was told as long as they are not work they may be returned. When I tried to return the shoes the manager/owner stated that the shoes have been worn. Now if they're worn, I must have bought shoes that had already been worn cuz God knows I had not worn those shoes. Trying them on in her store made them look worn I guess. Karma is out there for all who choose to do other people dirty!

I called into Katy medical twice, both times the customer service was phenomenal, one call was even 6 minutes before closing and my questions were answered without feeling rushed. When I went in the products I had asked about were set aside for me, but with some additional questions and trying out some different chairs I decided to get something I had not even considered. Additionally they helped me to do them math and competitions on if I should rent or buy the equipment I was interested in... but I did not feel any pressure to make a decision either way. Finally after having some trouble loading my new chair into my car, they went out the store to help me and I got some hints on how to make it transport easier in the future. All I can say is THANK YOU for making what could be a stressful situation, easier to deal with !!!
