I liked the doctor but they operate in the Stone Age. I received a bill to pay and the only options are phone (during business hours) or mail - it's very strange and inconvenient.

I have been a patient with KIMA for the past 5 years. My experience with Dr. Kalapatapu has been truly exceptional. His team is very responsive and his care has helped change my life. I have not issues getting an appointment or having a phone call returned. I would highly recommend Dr Kalpatapu as a primary care physician.

I have been with this practice for over 25 years. I definitely recommend Dr Mehta, a physician who genuinely cares about his patients. Plus, he has a fabulous nurse.

My dietician is FABULOUS. My new doctor is GREAT! I'm glad I switched to Dr Renee Thomas and I am extremely grateful for the guidance of Jerica Arunthamakun!! I started with her with A1C of 13 3 years later I am at 6.1 WOW WOW I don't have the words to say how truly grateful I am to Jerica for supporting and her guidance along my journey.

I was referred to this practice 2 years ago and I have found Dr. Cai and her staff to be caring, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr. Cai takes time to ask lots of questions and answers mine as well. The nursing staff and office staff are friendly and helpful too. I'm glad to find a great PCP.

This is a rip-off organization. The email address they give out is bogus. They do not answer the phone, so all you can do is leave messages which are NEVER returned. They send out fake bills stating that the insurance has been billed and to pay up. When I researched my outlandish statement, I found that they NEVER BILLED my insurance. They are crooks out to rip people off. Don't even consider them if you actually need care and to be helped. The staff is rude as they can be, they can't keep appointments straight and then the billing department is a night mare. Absolutely no reason to ever go there!

Came in as it was close and they had availability. I was very impressed with the efficiency and courtesy of the entire staff. I was equally impressed that the doctor sat down and talked to me like a human. Listened to what I had to say and engaged!Highly recommend KIMA to anyone looking for a primary care provider

I have never had a bad experience with the staff or my doctor. I’ve never had an extremely long wait time or problems checking out. I only have a problem with parking! It is a pain. No matter time or day

Moving and needed bloodwork to establish with a new physician but after the usual 2-3 calls/messages, my then Dr told his assistant (Dominic, who is awesome) to let me know we couldn’t do it bc insurance wouldn’t pay. ?? Isn’t heath of a patient more important than a few dollars??!! And the concierge/mdvip is good $$ for the practice but patient only gets a referral to another doctor or ER. On a good note, I love Jerrica! She’s awesome, listens and truly cares about her patients’ progress!! Go PAs!!

Great doctors and nurses. They genuinely care and don't rush you through. We've used Dr. Mehta for over 20 years and would highly recommend him!
