Wonderful flowers wonderful owner always impressive arrangements. They will go above and beyond to make whatever you like. Definitely call in advance if you have a special flower orde and they will try to get it. . They will do whatever they can to accommodate! Love them

My Aunt sent me flowers for my bday today and they were beautiful! My Aunt said the lady on the phone was very nice. Everything was nice, including the delivery man. Would use them again for any occasion!

Terrible flower shop. They absolutely will not deliver anything that closely resembles what you order. What fun is that? Look at their disclaimer that makes them feel totally okay to do so. Over priced, no design, poor quality...and not what I ordered. My go to now after this establishment (hate to call the a florist) is Amazon if you can believe. I expected fresh, someone who would bend over to make an arrangement right, customer service that existed and an arrangement that wasn't just plain awful. It could so easily be duplicated from any old grocery boquet for 6.99 and they have the nerve to charge like 65.00!! Don't waste your money and embarrass your loved ones with anything from this business.

Beautiful corsage for the father daughter dance. I ordered it a couple of days in advance. Was a bit surprised by the $40 cost for a child’s size corsage but it was securely made and came with a pearl wristlet, and as you can see it’s really pretty.

I give many stars and praise to Katy Flowers and the excellent customer care provided. I reside in Los Angeles, Ca and in need of a florist to deliver a birthday bouquet to my sister who lives in Katy, Tx. I searched Yelp for the local florist in Katy. Katy flowers certainly had a beautiful selection of choices, however I had to trust my gut that this was the florist to take my business. After placing my order with Valentina, who graciously accomadated my customer needs, I requested to have a photo sent of the finish product before it went out for delivery. However, the photo was forgotten to be sent, but addressed thoughtfully by having the driver take photos of the flower arrangement and send to me. Which he did The special to this story is that he did a full on photo shoot every angle was covered lol. My sister was so surprised by the delivery and could not stop raving about how beautiful the flower arrangement was. So thank you Katy Flower's for a job well done. Attached are screen grabs from my sisters surveillance cam that shows how the delivery guy made sure I got those pics! So awesome!!..and he actually said to my sister 'Your Sister was very clear about sending her a picture' lol And yes Sir, mission accomplished. Thank you Katy Flowers!

We needed flowers for a friends father‘s funeral. One of our friends organized getting flowers And I feel bad for everything she had to go through. The communication was horrible. My friend asked for confirmation and never got it. But her credit card was charged so we had faith the flowers would be there (after all this is their business ). We drove 2 1/2 hours for the funeral and no flowers were delivered. No communication saying there was no problem. No one reached out to apologize. And I’m just wondering how many orders they take and hope nobody’s really going to show up and check for the flowers they ordered? Also, when my friend called after the funeral to say no flowers were delivered the gal was even more rude. There are a lot of flower businesses out there so don’t put yourself through using this one.

Pamela was very unpleasant to begin with. My friends ordered a lovely, expensive spray for my father’s funeral and it never showed up. They were so humiliated. If you are not attending the event, don’t order from her. She won’t send it. And Pamela has given herself three five star reviews! Lol!

Great service from Robert himself, very patience and thorough...Got the job done. Really took care of a love one of someone as if it meant the world to him. I highly recommend all people to support this flower shop. Blessing in Jesus name.

This place is ABSOLUTELY horrible. I went here to get flowers for a funeral service for a family member. I was received by the "assistant" who had no answers to any of the questions that were asked. She would in turn ask the florist for help, who was supposedly on the phone for an hour but had enough time to give her vague response. The icing on the cake was the "assistants" asking if the red flower arrangements I requested were for the "crips." As young BLACK/HISPANIC professionals, did we really give you that impression? Nonetheless, it was the blatant disrespect, lack of compassion, empathy, and customer service within my visit that solidified it. If you are mourning your family member and want proper help to set a beautiful arrangement for their spiritual departure, DO NOT COME HERE. They'll consider their phone calls more important than their live customer.
