We have an older wheelchair adapted minivan. We were told that we needed a specialist muffler shop as it required welding and the muffler and exhaust would need replaced. I made a call and discussed the issue over the phone. I drove there and the van was on the lift in a very short space of time. I was given a detailed description and shown the issues with the exhaust system. I asked for a cost to repair it all. I was told "anything between $20 and up to $75". My wife and I went for lunch and got a call to say that the work was complete. Imagine my surprise when I was told the total was $30!!! This after being told that I had to replace the whole system which would have costs hundreds.
refreshing to find an actual mechanic NOT someone that replaces parts AND very honest and genuine to boot.
Would give more stars but 5 is the maximum allowed.

Had them install my new performance cat back exhaust looks and sounds great was done pretty quick an only charged me a couple hours labor so very good price imo will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good shop to get work done

Gave me a fair price on a catalytic converter... Asked him if it would be ok to drive with a bad cat for a little longer for financial reasons and he said that other than the environment, it would be ok. It was an honest answer from an honest guy. He could have made up some bullshit and gotten my money but he didn't. THEN when I begged him to take my money for his honesty and inspection he wouldn't. I asked to at least pay his technician to check and top off my fluids. He did and well hell they wouldn't take my money for that either!! The story gets even better!!! When his technician topped off the fluids he discovered a missing bolt between the catalytic converter and manifold... Said that was most likely the cat issue. He didn't have the bolt I needed, so I went and got it and finally got to pay them for a job WELL DONE!!! Super honest. Hard to find these day! Kudos to you Chris. Your tech and wife were nice to talk to as well. Keep it up. P.S. that fixed my cat problem!!

The service was quick and not overprice. The staff were really nice and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone with an exhaust issue.

Katy Exhaust Pros Plus did an outstanding job repairing the damaged exhaust pipe on my truck. The work that Chris (owner) performed was not easy, but he did it not only perfectly, but faster than I expected. Thanks again, Chris. I’ll be back.

Highly recommend this place! They did an amazing job on my exhaust. I waited there for them to work on my car, and they were friendly and had a nice conversation while waiting. It felt more personal than those corporate places that just act like you're a number or another check they won't see again. I plan on getting more exhaust work done here in the future.

I trust them immensely! I took my car to TWO other shops and the price was waaayyyy more that I can spend on this car.
My friend suggested Katy Exhaust Pros (they work on the entire car, not just exhaust). Instead of a totally new catalytic converter- I paid $10 for a fuel additive from Auto Zone in their recommendation. ALL FIXED!
Instead of $2300 for a new a/compressor (and all that entails), I paid $60 for a new relay switch and it’s ALL FIXED!
Trustworthy and HIGHLY recommended.

I gave KEPP a 5-star review 4 months ago after 3 years of service and maintenance on my Ford Transit. Last Friday, they told me to bring it in when I coded a misfire in fuel injector #4 and then told me they don't work on Ford Transits. My last words when headed to the shop they referred me to were, "This isn't the type of place that charges $800 for a $300-job, right?" "Oh no! These are good people. If they charge you $800, you call me!" Thanks for that. $790 isn't $800, but I'm definitely in the market for a new garage.

Jeff and his guys absolutely took care of me and my car. Highly recommend this as a real, traditional mechanic shop not the super polished, corporate and expensive chains. Had a weird rattle deep in the exhaust system. I had quotes from chains that were really high. Jeff and team took a look, called me back in an hour or so and had fixed it with a simple weld and refused any payment I offered. I need a catalytic converter replaced on another car are some point this summer. No where else I’ll consider taking it.

I took for a minor replacement of TPS car not start when I picked up ! Service tech beat throttle pedal to start ! Told me to take to another shop , I not do that but since the pedal senser was bad! Which sure way it was beatin so bad! Chris was always great ! Sad to see type service! To tell you to go to another shop I did not expect !!! Now car idle is high and other issues tech walked off and not help me get car to function safe to get home. Plug for iac left un plugged, dpfe vaccum line off ! Just bad service!!!!! Like a bull in a China shop. My 13 year old grandson could have done this damage. ! Wish them well
