I have a 1974 Firebird Formula 400 which has been completely restored. A couple of weeks ago, the driver's door refused to open from either outside or inside. To fix it, you had to remove the door panel, but, with the door frozen shut, you couldn't do that. Nathan and his crew were able to repair it by taking out the driver's seat and then carefully removing the panel. They installed the new latch, lubed everything to work smoothly and then put everything back together, all in the space of a morning. Very reasonable charge for the work they had to do (in 90+ weather). Very satisfied. Will be using him again and referring to friends. BTW, I live here in Katy, not Soma, CA. Yelp is not showing my correct location.

I was looking for a body shop to paint my aftermarket hood I purchased for my mustang after a few places that were over priced or flatout said no to painting aftermarket parts. The plot thickens. Owner, gave my car to the mechanics sister!!! I have been scammed by everyone at this chop shop. Oh, the other review by Amanda H, that is Nathan's wife!! I guess she would try to get other unsuspecting people to go there. Please beware!!!! They will rip you off and not look back.

We have taken three vehicles to Nathan for body work and he delivers excellent service every time. He is always available to give updates/progress. He takes pride in the finished product and does not return a vehicle to the customer until, in his opinion, it is in perfect condition. I highly recommend Katy Custom Finishes! Super down-to-earth guys that'll get the job done right at a fantastic price. I came into the shop looking to get my bumper painted to match the rest of my car. Nathan got to work and even asked to re-do the job because he wasn't satisfied with the way the color first came out. Great guys to work with. I'll definitely come to them again if I ever need paint work on my car.
