Went there for help. I live in Katy. They said OUR MEMBERS ARE OUR PRIORITY, WE HAVE NOTHING FOR YOU. Then the last told me to leave.
Not very Christian of them.

Great prices and lovely staff. The store is clean and organized. If you are looking for brand names at a discounted price... Entire bag of name brand shirts, pants, and shorts...$11...Now they are having a $.50 on all regular clothing and half off bouquet items...show them some love

So affordable and they’re always having sales all the time , this place is truly a hidden gem . There are some rude workers but the cashiers I talked to are very sweet and kind . You can’t beat the prices here

This place is just like everything else in katy expensive. I think they forgot the items were donated. It's a second-hand thrift store, so the prices should reflect that.

it was the first time I had been in that store, I heard that they do have different kinds of candles, and I love candles, and I did find 6 of them, so I do recommend this store ?

Well, they seem to be christian people but yet they’re very picky about what they allow. I had amazing expensive electrical cords, USB ports, HDMI ports, chargers, monitor port and they said oh we don’t take those. I turned around and had picture frames, pictures, decor and they said oh, we have too many of those. I would think it’s better donated to paralyze vets or somebody that really needs help.

Poor service. Three employees, none helping customers. I felt as though I was a burden. Shame too, because I like to check out donation places before I donate. Goodwill has better service and will be getting my donations.

Horrible service. Managers sitting on the floor in the back of the store working on over pricing the Easter decor ignoring customers. I asked a question, got attitude back. One poor girl running the sales floor and working as cashier. Customers waiting several minutes to be helped. Cashier was overwhelmed and was in a bad mood. Do not recommend. Would not return. Would definitely not donate.
