Gosh, they went above and beyond with our insurance claim. I will spare you the details of what transpired before we made it to Katy Auto, but once we were there things moved smoothly. They were in constant contact with us and our insurance throughout the process. The staff was kind and I love that they are local and a family run operation. I would definitely recommend them!

Worst experience. I never received a call that parts were in, that additional parts needed to be repaired or ordered , nor that the truck was ready. You would think that they are rebuilding my truck and repainting it for as long as they took. No, it was just a freaking rear bumper replacement on a 2017 Silverado. How does a simple bumper replacement take 2 weeks? I’ve been in the automotive field for over 20 years and I have never experienced such incompetence. It was so bad that every time that I called my contact at the shop to check on the status of the truck he would have others say that he was busy or couldn’t come to the phone in order to not get on the phone with me. Beware of this place. I bet that whatever good reviews there are of this place were made by the employees themselves. No way that they know how to take care of customers.

Took my mini van here because of 3rd party insurance coverage. They did a great job on the collision damage i had. But then I asked them to take care of my molding clips, and said they will take care of it and will need to have order the clips and pay them $33.29. Very small job assuming they can take care of it like a walk in the park. Unfortunately, it seems to me theytake small jobs for granted. Molding clips was ordered April. I have to call them for monthly follow ups on when they are ready. 3 clips ordered but only 2 arrived mid October, as I called to follow up again. Followed up again start of November and 3rd clip not available. Decided to try if other auto shop can take care of my small car problem. Auto Check Elite took care of it only within 3days. Called Katy Auto collision to cancel the job and just refund the $33.29. They can’t refund it just yet because they need to add restocking fee. Made it sound like it is clients fault to cancel a job that took months of waiting. When compared to a different shop that only took 2 days to be ready and less than a day to finish it. What happens now to my $33.29? I consider it as a donation. If you have any car issues, rather go to Auto Check Elite.

They did a good job on their work and even detailed the inside and outside of my car. However, they took a long, long, long time to fix my car. My repair should have been about 3 weeks and they took about 7 weeks. They had problems communicating with Insurance to get the repairs approved with the insurance company and Katy Auto Repair pointing the fingers at each other. Also, they had keep receiving broken parts that they had to send back to the supplier. There were times when they didn't return my phone calls.

The management of this company doesn’t seem to care about you or your car repair. I had my appraisal completed 4-1/2 months ago. Allstate is my insurance company. Katy Auto never contacted my insurance company. I made 3 to 4 calls during this duration. Allstate also sent me a msg. To my surprise they couldn’t make a connection. I made another call and also ordered a door handle needed and would responsible to pay for the installation. Point is, 5 months later I called and other adjuster with another Insurance company answered the phone. He took it upon himself to help. I delivered my truck as asked and after telling the person working the desk my name asked me to fill out a form with my info. I immediately told her that it had been 5 months and the adjustment has already been completed, parts ordered. I’d hoped they would have a file or folder all the information. Also that I hope they do business in a much more professional manner than all that has happened up to this point. They couldn’t find the folder. Had my deductible returned and left calling my Allstate contact for the repair. Ow waiting on Classic Collision to call as Allstate sent another msg. They had been contacted and should call. I also asked others if they may know why Katy Collision hadn’t taken care of me. Their comment wasn’t in the company’s favor. I wouldn’t trust this company’s management. Not down grading any other employees as it not their fault. You may want to reconsider your choices for auto repair

Took a car in and they took forever just to have my car ready, they had claimed it would be ready by a certain day and they ended up having a accident on the job and my car wasn't ready until the next day and that's when they called me saying that i had to wait another day. Way too much problems they had and when they gave my car to me it still had something wrong with the paint

Recently I had Katy Auto Collision do repairs on my car. They did a great job considering it is a very difficult time to get parts. Hector was awesome. He always kept me informed as to the progress of the repair and Abbie at the front desk was super helpful as well. My car is like brand new.if you need repairs after an auto accident Katy Auto Collision is a great place to go!!!!
