Why am I even writing this review? They have 1.3 stars from over 400+ reviews (as of today) and haven't done a single thing to improve this place. And USPS wonders why they're going out of business. This is a federal service funded by federal tax dollars as well as service fees paid by customers, and they act like they're doing us a favor for their mere existence. Thank God for other carriers.

I had my mail held while I went on a trip.. An international package arrived while I was out. They marked it asDELIVERED, HANDED TO RESIDENT. When I returned, the package was nowhere to be seen and they said something about "must have been returned to sender" (it was not). They no longer even have a box for dropping off stamped letters after hours! They REMOVED THE OUTGOING MAILBOX. And of course, they have no retail counter or kiosk for buying postage. Lowest quality USPS location that I have encountered. Sucks to have a 77494 ZIP code.

If I could leave a lower rating I would. This facility is a joke, the person that works the customer facing door never answers the phone, when you go there in person they make you feel like you’re a thorn in their back. My mailbox cluster in my community was hit by a car three weeks ago, they do not care about it and have not fixed it. I drive there to get three weeks of mail and the gentlemen tells me their is none with a straight face. I ask to speak to his supervisor and he lies that he is the manager. A total failure of a place that’s supposed to serve the public. Avoid going here at all costs.

I recently moved to a newly constructed community. I was told by my property manager that I had to go to this location to pick up my keys. We went ahead and did that only to be told by a lady at the door that I had to go to the other post office nearby. I went to that location and was told that the information provided was incorrect and I was initially at the correct location. We went back and dropped name of who we spoke with. The lady then closed the door and said she would be back. We waited for 30 mins and they were able to hand us our keys. Upon arriving home we realized we were given keys for a different house. And we went back to get the correct keys. What a nightmare. I recently placed a delivery and it was marked as delivered but the package was not delivered and I opened a ticket. Someone did call me but had no resolution but to contact the seller. Something seems very fishy.

My package got incorrectly delivered here, and marked as incomplete address so it was being returned to seller. I contacted the seller and they showed me the shipping info with my address correctly entered. I called this location and they didnt want to hold it and said it was just going to be sent back even though they also confirmed there was a correct address. No effort at all to help, bums.

Only 4 parking spots. I should have known something was wrong. This is an ANNEX which means only picking up packages. If you need any "services" you have to go to another Post Office. (2 stars because they were nice)

I called and was able to get to an agent quickly. The agents name was Ms. Robbinson and she was helpful and polite. She got my question answered and my issue resolved.

The worst USPS I've ever had to deal with. Twice now my package says it was delivered but not in my mailbox. Now I have to track my own package down. Trying to get ahold of some there is almost impossible and when you do the person has a horrible attitude. I don't understand what the manager is doing about this.

I sent my dad a father day card and he received it 15 days later. He told me it was stamped only two days previously. I've just sent him another card with an important announcement and it's been nearly two weeks and he still hasn't received it.

They never even tried to deliver my package. Web site say delivery attempt failed six days ago, no one was home.I was home and I have security cameras. No one came even close to my house.I was waiting an hour by the phone just to find out where is it and went over so to pick it up myself.

Parents just moved into their new house that this location serves. Already lost/misplaced two packages from the first few deliveries. Called USPS and made a claim. Got a call pretty late at night (7:30pm) and missed the call cause I was putting my child to bed. Called them back the next day took forever to just talked to somebody (25 minute call), all to be told that it was marked delivered, "did you check to see if you were left a key", etc. Then said the driver will come to the house and go to the mailbox with you to see what is the issue. Never happened.

My dad supposed to receive his Green Card last November… last update still “Awaiting delivery scan”. I personally went to that location multiple times and they don’t have a clue about what that mail piece is, but my dad asked the mail man for an answer, and that answer was “your package is somewhere in the building”. Shameful… horrible service in that building, but also USPS in general

No one seems interested in improving their ratings here. They literally accepted a door dash breakfast order at the side entrance while we all waited out front in line for them to open almost a half hour late. THIS would be a good use of AI. Replace this is operation with robots. Please.

Dayshia was incredibly helpful and efficient! She tracked my package from England that I thought would certainly be lost and gave me specifics as to how and when I could retrieve it. It it wasn’t for her the package would have certainly been lost. Thank you very much Dayshia! Your empathy and help are much appreciated!! ??

First off I want to THANK Malika for taking the time to listen and get my packages to me. I had 3 packages that said that they were delivered and they weren’t, and she helped me solve it and I received them after speaking with her. A1 service from her, but the carriers still need to do their job.
