I wish to thank Maureen for making our shopping experience very pleasant and easy. She suggested two additional items that complimented the purchase gift. She also ensured that we had a nice gift box, wrapping and added a lovely perfumed scent. Lastly, she had us add an account to have a warranty on the items.
People like Maureen make shopping an experience rather than a chore. I look forward to being a customer of Kate Spade for the foreseeable future.

It’s really sad to see the manager and personal being rude and talking about the customers on their backs what happens with Kate spade it’s Mother’s Day and no one needs to be treated like trash what a shame!!

i’m giving this place at least a three star review because it’s average and honestly that is too high in itself. I just feel like people always say that Kate Spade is a good person and for that reason honestly I am a sheep, and I am following the crowd. But I think that they make pretty purses, but this location kind of feels over the top. Also, in general, Big, expensive stores feel huge and weird. As always, much love from Houston and the universe.

They were closing the store for the night at 8:50pm, when I tried to go in they closed the doors and locked them. I told her, it’s not 9:00 yet. And she said “yep” in a snotty tone. If the store hours are until 9pm, they need to be closing at 9pm, not 8:50.

I went yesterday with my friend. The women that worked there was very unprofessional. I asked for the price of a keychain and it sounded like I was being judged for not paying $50 for one. She turned to her coworkers to talk badly about us and laughed. No wonder there was no one in the store shopping.
