It saddens me to have to leave this review,I came in, in November to have my breaks checked and or replaced since I had them done there prior. My vehicle had this very aggressive rumble to it when braking, since the work was done by jiffy and I had a warranty I thought I was going to be taken care of or at least be given the proper respect in doing some due diligence into why my vehicle was making this rumble. I first went to store 4000 where I was turned away because they didn’t want to do my warranty work, didn’t even bother looking at my car simply told me it was suspension and asked if I wanted a quote for it so I went to the location I got them done store 3875 where they too didn’t take any caution or time in looking and or assessing the issue, simply told me it too could be something else as well as told me that the warranty wouldn’t be covered anyway because it was due to excessive use of breaks. I then spoke to their area manager where he doubled down on what the manager at the store told me I didn’t give them any hassle about it I accepted it but asked if they could still check my breaks the area manager said they would but the store manager denied me that service. I then took it to another place where they were able to figure out that my rotor was cracked and was the reason on this violent rumble and was told how dangerous it was to drive on it. I was also told from jiffy lube that my pads were at a 2 when they were actually between 5-6 meaning that the life was good life on the pads and that there wasn’t any excessive wear on the rotors other than some minimal hot spot on them and that wouldn’t have caused the crack in my rotor. This was scary and very aggravating because jiffy lube fails to do their part and take care of me as they should of..

I have been coming to this jiffy lube since it opened. The employee are always super friendly and knowledgeable. Alex helped me out today and he was super awesome. Will definitely always come to this jiffy lube!

I was a customer of this location until the last 2 oil changes I have had some sort of issue that has required me to return due to work not being completed correctly. This last time I had to wait over 30 minutes to have the work corrected which makes me think the staff is not honest or thorough about the work that is being completed. Even when the manager said I would be done in 30 seconds, it took 10-15 minutes longer. The gentleman were playing on phones and joking instead of working. This location needs to take a long look at staff, starting at the top.
