For the past three years, I’ve been a loyal JLR West Houston customer.
I purchased my Jaguar F-Pace with sales associate, Abraham Sojobi. From the outset, he demonstrated a high level of professionalism and his expertise ensured a smooth and enjoyable experience. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and then went above and beyond to find the perfect vehicle for me. His guidance and insights were invaluable, and I couldn't be happier with my Jaguar!
I also wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by service advisor, Tanner Walker, during my recent visit to your dealership/service center. Tanner went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule which I truly appreciate. He greeted me warmly, listened attentively to my concerns, and effectively communicated the necessary steps for my vehicle's service. Throughout the process, Tanner kept me informed of the progress, ensuring I understood the timeline and any unexpected findings. His transparency and proactive approach made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. His dedication to customer satisfaction is evident and commendable.

Beautiful facility and the people are very nice and respectful; however, I purchased a used vehicle from them thinking this is Autonation and assumed the vehicle was sound. A few days later I came back to share the experience and the service department redirected me to the manufacturer, as did the sales department.
I am very disappointed in their lack of willingness to take responsibility, help out a customer, or make things right.
I had to waste 3 days away from work back and forth between this place and the manufacturer to get my issue resolved.
FYI: they do not honor their warranty if the vehicle is under manufacture warranty still.

Jaguar West Houston service is very good but sometimes you have to wait to check-in, even though you have an appointment. They try to understand your car problems and then explain very well what they did to fix it. Ask for Morris (service rep.)

4/4/24: My second experience with the service team, and in particular, Doug. And it was fantastic! Professional, friendly, and he took care of my issue very quickly. I highly recommend the service department at Jaguar West. I had a great experience with them.

The lady who was my contact person did not communicate with me. She did not greet me when I got there. She was not answering my questions with a clear answer. She didn’t text me back. She showed no interest in getting my car repaired. So I’m going to another mechanic to get the work done. People do not have customers service skills. They only want to get a pay check. Sad…

Most dealerships are very professional. They do their job in a smooth and impersonal way. This dealership is different. It is that buddy that you can trust to help you when you need it no matter what. The guy that loads you his unused car when your's is broken. The guy that tells you the truth about your machines even when it might hurt, then shoulder butts you and then helps you with making it work. These are the people you want working with you.

Helpful and knowledgeable about the coolant I needed for my car. Didn’t know you could use Land Rover coolant instead of Jaguar coolant.
