This is the 3rd year I have used the Jackson Hewitt Franz Road location in Katy. Swati is very knowledgeable and thorough in preparing the return. She has been able to answer any questions I have. I moved out of state in April of 2024 but used Swati for the 2024 return and plan to again next year.
