I brought Ivan my 2017 BMW X3 for a paint correction and immediately during the consult I could tell he was extremely detail oriented and it was very comforting. After the initial paint correction, there were a few TINY spots that needed touching up (almost indiscernible to the naked eye) and Ivan pointed them out at pick up and said he had ordered the exact specific Red from BMW to touch those spots up. The paint correction and ceramic coating removed all the swirls and normal wear and had the car looking like it had been dipped in fresh paint and glazed like a donut. Once he received the touch up paint he was back in contact with me to book in my maintenance clean and there he did the paint touch up and when I picked it up, it was shinier and prettier than any car I’ve ever seen brand new on the lot! Will definitely be booking my maintenance cleans/details with him as he’s the only person I trust around this paint job now, and we will certainly be contacting him for any future paint/protective coating jobs in the future. Ivan and his team did a great job with the ceramic coating to my F150 Lightning.Really appreciate that the quoted price was adhered too and it covered all surfaces, including the windows and wheels.They took extra care to let me know how the process was going. The owner invested significant time and effort assisting me navigate the complexities created after Tesla performed a repair and damaged my PPF and ceramic coating with overspray. He even offered to come to the shop and inspect it if needed to ensure a quality job was performed. He certainly has a dedication to detail and quality. Got a few estimates from other places and I made the mistake of going with the cheaper price I didn’t get the paint correction package that they quoted me. Ivan did a test spot on my vehicle and I still didn’t go with his bid but it was in line with everyone else . Guys don’t make the same mistake as me Ivan and his team fixed my vehicle and left my black paint looking like a mirror highly recommend. Explained everything and made sure I was happy with the results when I left. Thank you Ivan and the Intense team I will never go down that road again they gained a customer for life.

Ivan did a fantastic job on both of my vehicles. He was able to smooth out a rough repaint job on my Jeep, and the polish/ceramic coating really made it shine. On the Yukon he was able to get the hazy, cloudy paint on my hood/roof looking as good as new. I wish I had it ceramic coated sooner. I had just purchased my vehicle and was looking to do full front PPF and ceramic coating. Before choosing Intense Paint Perfection and Ivan, I got quotes from a few other shops (lower-tier to the really high-end tier) and Ivan was right in the middle in terms of cost. I decided to go with Ivan due to his professionalism, communication, and expertise. He called me less than 24 hrs after I requested the online quote and explained his process, the exact costs, and how long it would take. On top of that he reassured me that he wasn't going to skip any corners - most importantly that the PPF would be edge wrapped. Because the Supra has a long hood and lots of sections on the bumper it was definitely going to be a complicated task, but again Ivan reassured me he was doing his best and he even sent me the schematics of the cuts he was going to make.Throughout the whole process Ivan called me at every step; he informed me when he was done with one part of the process, when he'd be moving the car, and transparently all the blockers and potential delays. After it was all done, he took the time to recommend products and techniques to keep the car and the PPF/ceramic coating well-maintained so that'll it'll last a long time.Not much else to say other than that I am VERY pleased with everything. He does honest and good work and that's exactly the person I want working on my car.Services: Auto detailing
