We had our 11 yo's birthday party here. The kids had a blast and us parents appreciated the air conditioning in the arcade.

It was ok until the 6 year old birthday girl got bored with the four inflatables and her 8 guests. I had to join them on the inflatable to help them have a fun time. During the pizza serving we offered to help the host serve the (3) $21 each burnt Papa John’s pizzas but she refused. She then dropped a pizza and a half and just kept apologizing but nothing was really done about it other than we were offered a refund for one of the pizzas. We had already paid a $200 deposit and when we checked out the total was $425. So we needed up paying $625 for a quoted $485 without pizzas. We were rushed out of the room before our end time and couldn’t even make sure we had all of our items. We got three game cards before we left to try out the arcade since the girls were not impressed with the inflatables. None of the games worked and that was another $30 wasted. When we questioned the game cards and said how the pizza was dropped and we weren’t happy, Tamara offered a refund of $51 for the $30 game cards and another $21 pizza but could not do it until the owner returned. She assured me that she would take care of it by Wednesday of that week and if not to call back. Today, was a week from when we had the party. I called and the owner was so RUDE. He said tell me what happened and offered three game cards if we came back. I said no we do not want to come back. And he says he’s the owner and he can do what he wants and he’s not issuing a refund over the phone. Very rude and nasty and matter of fact, taking no ownership for the DISASTER of an experience we had. Other than the private jump time this was a total waste of money. We will never be back nor will we be recommending this place to anyone else. Do NOT book your child’s party here.

Amazing, amazing. We threw a birthday party here and the manager, Tamara, and our party hosts, Faith & Lindsey were absolutely spectacular! They were attentive, caring, truly incredible. We would highly recommend this venue for birthday parties. The kids had so much fun! The rooms are spacious, pleasant, colorful, and clean. It was an all around stellar, top notch experience. Will spread the word! Thank you, Tamara, Faith & Lindsey!

We had a birthday party here for my son yesterday, and I normally don't leave many reviews but was compelled to leave a review after our experience. The level of service was OUTSTANDING. From the minute we parked a staff member was already bringing a cart out to help bring our stuff to the room. The place was very clean (granted we were the first party of the day, so can't comment on cleanliness for later parties). The staff was helpful and communicative during the entire party. The manager Tamara was great as well. Everyone had a great time and would have a party here again in a heartbeat.

THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE WORST FACILITLY OF ALL TIME!!!!
I would never advise anyone to a have a party here. The owner of the facility is the worst individual to have running a childs party place. To start.. My 75 year old grandmother fell down as we were leaving. The owner was present and watched her fall. He then walks over to my grandmother after she gets up to remove the rug. He then proceeds to say that she is "elderly and it was her fault that she fell" although she tripped over a rug that was not properly adhered to the floor. He didn't offer her a bag of ice or even an apology. After he said what he said he ran off to the back and never once came back out after we asked to speak with him several times. We had to speak with the manager Tamara (who was just as rude and inconsiderate as the owner) and asked her to provide a copy of there policy and asked why there was no incident report that was taken. Her response is "we have you all sign a waiver". The waiver does not apply to adults and even then if someone gets hurt at your place of business, an incident report should be taken. We immediately called our attorney to figure out the best course of action and was advised to leave notice with the owner that there will be potential ligation for the incident and not to delete any footage from the time of the incident. OF COURSE the owner never came out to take our document and the manager refused to take it. Moral of this long review is to let you all know the level of unprofessional that we dealt with regarding this facility. I WOULD NEVERRRRR RECOMMEND!!!!!! I HAVE VIDEOS OF ALL OF THIS AND THEY WILL HAVE A MAJOR LAW SUIT ON THEIR HANDS!!

The best place to go with your family if you want to have fun for a good price, so much more worth than all those over overpriced attraction places. Would recommend going as a family or as a date for a good price.

Katy Inflatable was amazing. Tamara and her team were outstanding and ensured our kiddos birthday party went smoothly. Extremely friendly and clean establishment will definitely come back. Highly recommend!!

This place is absolutely amazing I took my family of 6 here and we had a absolute blast.The staff was really nice and helpful the place was spotless and clean.The inside was amazing and the arcade games were super fun.The prices were really cheap and the go karts were amazing way better than Andretti's.Best go karts in Katy and locally owned.Good place to bring your family and neighbors on a nice sunny day.

We had my son's 12th bday party here this weekend. We were very pleased overall. We purchased the go-cart / arcade package. This included one 6 minute ride on the go-carts and a 14$ arcade card for 10 kids. I added an additional ride for $10 per kid. We also ended up letting the boys do the batting cages.The boys enjoyed it. The manager was extremely attentive and available to us. The only thing I didn't like was that we had to order pizza through them - they work with a local Papa Johns. We paid 84$ for 4 pizzas!!!!! - 3 cheese and 1 pepperoni. Waaay too much for so little esp when I could've had my own pizza delivered for a lot less. All in all, it was a good experience and I do recommend this place for a kids party.
