My technician Konstantin (I hope I have spelt it correctly !!) was extremely professional and polite. He was able to resolve my issues and concerns efficiently and quickly through remote access, which i particularly liked as it made the process even easier and less time consuming. He explained exactly what was done and made sure that I did not have any other concerns.I am so glad we have this service and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Konstantin is a AMAZING!!

I was In a dilemma and these people told me they were down to one technician. They said it would be 5-6 days before I got my computer fixed but even then the prices were outrageous. He quoted me 250 for diagnostics and another 350 for the labor. I get that you are trying to keep your lights on but another business down the street charged 65 for a diagnostics and 180 to fix the computer. You all are overpriced and not that knowledgeable. You guys are so quick to show your refurbished computers to sell. Annoying! I won't go back

Worst customer service. Spoke with Mandy she was very short ,gave a ridiculous price range . Then gave me two other gentleman names .I wasn't only looking for a discount program. I checked reviews and they stated that it was used by a low income family and a great place to shop. I also inquired about the regular prices , why not pass the phone to the gentleman that has knowledge on subject matter instead of asking me to do a 40 min drive for a Q&A session. I trusted the reviews that's why I was willing to drive after doing research.Can't leave customers with a sour interaction even if I have a question about something you don't offer.

I watched the video posted on YouTube regarding how to set up three monitors. I had a similar setup but could not get 1080p resolution from all three monitors. I sent Impress a message from their website and someone called me back in less than 10 minutes. I described my problem and the gentleman suggested that Roy call me back in a few minutes, which he did. He mentioned a solution for me to try (USB-C to VGA cable to plug into a USB-C port on the laptop - not the dock). And it worked!! I have 1080p resolution on all three monitors. Very Impress(!!!)ed with customer service and knowledge. They really helped me out. Special thank you to Roy!

I love going to Impress Computers whenever I need to shop for new pieces for my build or have problems with my PC. Andrew is usually the one to help me and is my go-to person. He is always considerate and polite, explains everything thoroughly, and I couldn't be happier with his customer service. I much prefer coming here than other PC shops in Katy.

From my experience, Impress is very attentive and very responsive when my office reaches out to them with their IT issues. Impress is quick to jump on a call with our team and resolve the issue. The Impress team is very professional and always ready to help! Also for Easter they sent us a huge container of M&M's! It was super thoughtful and definitely unexpected :)

Words cannot explain the AMAZING level of customer service Impress Computers provides. I saw a video that ROY posted and wanted to ask some questions about how he set up his monitors because I had similar set up with some issues. He took the time out of his day to address the issue for me and I am not even a client. If you are considering any sort of IT or computer purchases, this is the place to be.
