This location is not knowledgeable with filing taxes. The tax preparers needs further educations.. H and R block katy mill are knowledge.

Had a very bad experience. Initially I thought it was good and process was Smooth and my tax advisor (Maggie) was helpful.But problems started after a month when I didn't receive ITIN for my Kids. I did multiple follow ups with Maggie and even visited H&R block but nobody replied. Its been 5 months since I was following up continuously with Maggie but got no response from her.Today I took matters in my own hands and contacted IRS and I got to know that my mailing address was incorrect. I don't know how these professionals can make such a mistake.Finally got my mailing address updated and now waiting to get ITIN.These people will just file your returns (that too so carelessly) and will never reply to at all you after that. No support. Bad experience.
