The only reason they are getting 1 star is because It will not let me give less. Walked in the store on Katy Freeway to buy a planter. I found one I liked and walked over to three associates that were talking by the registers. No one else was around. I asked for some help and they actually made me feel I was interrupting their discussion. One lady actually rolled her eyes and looked disgusted. I will never set foot in this establishment again.

The worst place to do business. They are scammers, out to rob you. The manager is a daylight scammer. I bought grass, fully paid for, haven't loaded not even stepped away from the cashier when my Gardner suggested we reduce the amount purchased right there at the counter. The manager refused, was horribly rude and insulting. She declined to change my transaction and reduce the amount purchased, when I haven't even left the spot. Never felt so compromised and cheated in broad daylight. Please go somewhere else for your plants. The reviews are real, be warned.

I have called 3 locations and all 3 calls went straight to voice mail and said that mailbox was full and could not receive any messages. Terrible way to do business. I remember the old days when their customer service was great.

Friendly but when I asked some questions, no one could answer or help me. They have basic knowledge but not more. I expected more in a garden center. This location is at least better than the one on I99. For plants, I found other garden centers which are family run businesses, have a great service and are not more expensive at all.

As I have gotten older, past 50 now, I have acquired gardening. When I was younger, like in my 40s, I did not seem to have the time for it. I guess, it's a part of that transitioning stage of becoming a senior citizen and making time for things that really matter in life. I have come to love gardening as a way to relax and unwind on a weekend morning after a long work week. Moreover, I really enjoyed going to the Houston Garden Center located in Katy off I-10 West. I entered the establishment early this morning after 9 am admiring the various lovely plants and shrubs, which had been freshly watered. Also, I talked with a lady who was leaving with her purchased plants. It seemed that she had found some lovely plants for a dollar each. I in turn also found those exact plants for a dollar each as well as other sort after plants. I felt just like a kid in a candy store. I have to say going to the Garden Center was very relaxing and a nice getaway from the mundane.

DO NOT COME HERE! They don’t honor their ad! And lily The manager is not very polite at all! Very very rude! People stay away! Go to Lowe’s or Home Depot instead.

Great selection… good prices but extremely horrible terrible customer service.
It looks like they pay below minimum wage so employees don’t care about even talking properly to customers. Plus they don’t provide any assistance or help.
I am thinking of just paying a little more and going to better places next time.

Horrible customer service and false advertising. Rafa refused to honor price on sign.
Sign clearly says $39.99 but wanted to charge $69.99 per plant.
Be extremely careful of your bill as pricing is bad and employee attitude is worse.
