There is no customer service. Unwilling to help. I won’t be shopping there again. I can take myself to Lowe’s right across the street.

Omg home depot on hwy 6 and fm 529 they are absolutely ridiculous wow a hot mess I had to stay at the paint desk for almost 30 minutes to wait for someone to finally assist me wow ridiculous and there is no other customers even around they aren't busy at all

We came to pick up an assembled grill today that we purchased online. When we got here they didn't have it assembled so we were frantic because it's Father's Day weekend. The manager Debra was absolutely amazing! She provided another model that was assembled so that we didn't have to come back and apologized for the mix up. Raquel helped us check out was very nice. Everyone is extremely helpful! Love this location.

It is 3:30pm right now and I have been here since 1. Why? Because the customer service is the most awful I have ever experienced. No one knows where anything is at... and that's fine, I understand it's a big store. But the rudeness is on another level!!!i got sent back and forth looking for the PVC pipe cutters and no one knows where that was at. When I finally found it, j asked a red head with an accent and she got mad cuz I interrupted her talk with another employee. So we're walking and she says.. "you know this is only a courtesy. It is our courtesy to you. But we are not required to do this. Not if we're busy." And I say.."okay.. well are you busy now.?" And she answers with "well I'm helping you am i not?" I got so upset that my fiancée said "you know what? It's okay.. if this is only "a courtesy" we don't want to bother you." She looked sooo appalled as if she didn't know what she had done wrong. So no one else wanted to help either. So here we are hand cutting.. what an awful experience. We agreed to just go to Lowe's from now on.

I arrived after 8pm at night after Lowe's didn't have anyone working at PickUp so I couldn't get my lumber I ordered online. I drove to Home Depot and not only got my boards, there was someone available to cut one for me. I really appreciate the helpful girl at checkout and the guy that made the cuts for me. I wish I had taken time to get their names so I could give them a shout out :) Thanks for coming through for me. Next time I'll order from you guys first! #lessonlearned

I think Home Depot just hires everyone who didn't get past the Lowe's interview. Worst customer service they all look miserable and beg you not to talk to them. Huff and puff when you ask for help and act like you are a bother to them. The manager is the worst wouldn't even come help us with a problem.

Purchasing over 700 dollars of materials...for some reason cashier couldn't get the (verified) military discount thru...Im sorry but when you will be spending a few Ks on stuff, every bit of savings help. The cashier offered to call a manager, instead, a "head cashier " came, couldn't resolve anything, she called qgain for a manager....we waited literally 20 minutes at the checkout, a manager NEVER came!! You do not deserve our business! Lowes here's your chance to get my business!

Incredibly helpful staff, specifically Nichole in customer service. Helped us track down a shed and find other things on our list. Was more than accommodating and made for a very pleasant return process as well during another visit. Bob in tool rental is also very welcoming and helped us during our Penske truck return.

Customer service is just terrible here. No one speaks to you except when they are kicking you out of an aisle so they can stock something. This has happened to me twice. If you ask anyone anything it's never helpful and they act like you are bothering them...and usually it's a group of two or three employees just talking. This is a reflection on the management and it shows they just don't care about the customers. I started going to Lowe's now because these guys and gals don't care about the customer.
