Out of stock. \\\"I don't have a scanner\\\", \\\"thats not my department,\\\" the very definition of a store run by a worthless manager. The sad thing is, they make 6 figures, but this is what the produce. As a contractor, I avoid this store at all costs.

So sorry but you’ve lost another loyal customer! This morning we showed up at 8 am to purchase a refrigerator as ours went out and needed a back up for garage until ours is repaired. It was a smaller fridge, the lady in appliances assisted loading on flatbed cart, the bottom foam board was not attached. Never did she offer anyone to help us load the fridge. We loaded right in front by exit doors no not one person offered to help my husband and me. As we lifted it up to put in

Worst experience ever at this store. I left and went to Lowe's. I needed to buy some tile, the guy at the tile department told me he didn't know and pointed at 2 ladies in the appliance department, and told me to ask them. I walked to the appliance department where Patrice was standing next to another employee. We asked for help and we could not even finish our sentence when she interrupted and said "it's going to be a minute". She kept on talking to her coworker as we stood there. Finally she finished and said "yes what do you need?" I told her I needed a certain tile and she responded "well there is no tile in this department" like I know there is no tile in the appliance department but that's where the tile person sent me so why does she have to be so condescending and rude about it. If you don't like helping customers maybe you should look for another job.

This store has friendly staff who always offer help when asked. The winter is near the corner, when I visited this store recently, I was approached by one of their staff offering to do an A/C & heater inspection and maintenance (was told cleaning of evaporator coils will be included). I had done just that kind of inspection in 2016 based on this store's staff recommendation. Want to share my experience with you all. I thought it would be a Home Depot technician to do the inspection/cleaning, but it was done by a team of guys from a big company A?S. After about 30-40 minutes in my attic, their lead told me that my systems have "pressure imbalance before and after the air filters", they can add a box in my attic to fix that for about $5600 per SYSTEM! and I have 3 A/C units. I had been using those system for 8 years w/o any problem by 2016. When I asked if they had cleaned my evaporator coils, they replied that "modern A/C's evaporator coil is in sealed box and doesn't need to be cleaned"..... Wow, these A?S/Home Depot guys charged me for something they knew doesn't need to be done or couldn't be done! Why would Home Depot staff continue to promote these fraudulent inspection & cleaning deals? If you are approached by their staff for such a great deal of inspecting and cleaning your A/C for $49 or less per system, beware of my experience.

Both cutting stations have the ‘out of order’ sign frequently. There is no way both saws break down this frequently. These guys are too lazy to work the cutting station or don’t have trained staff. The cutting station should always be fully operational on the weekends.

Am seeing per Yelp that the staff are NOW wearing masks. Back in May they definitely were not. Had to get a new dryer for my 89 year-old mother who insisted she had too see them in person. Masked up and off we went. Lowe's staff were all masked up, had social distancing, had their customers wear masks - took COVID seriously. But, to get the dryer she wanted we would be 80th on the list to get it. So, off to Home Depot we went. Alas, the care for customers and staff I saw at Lowe's was not what I experienced at this Home Depot. Hardly any of the staff wore masks, and not many of the customers. It was overly crowded and social distancing was not being observed. Mom picked out a dryer and I asked her to stand in one of the appliance rows away from people. Waited a while to have a not-so-young gentleman (unmasked) finish up with not-so-young customers (unmasked as well). He finally finished up and started helping me. To his credit he did pick-up I was trying to maintain social distancing. While he was looking up the availability of the dryer, my mom decided to wander closer to where I was standing. Unfortunately, an unmasked staff member walked right up to her and stood less than 2 feet from her, asking if she needed help. Am guessing she figured since my mom was old she might be hard of hearing. When I told the woman -in what I am sure was an annoyed tone - we were being helped and to please step away from my mom as she was 89 years old, the woman stared at me for a moment, opened her mouth, thought better of it and walked off. I usually try very hard to not be rude to staff as working with the public is tough, but I was pretty unhappy by that point and was floored that the woman thought it was okay to not wear a mask and not respect social distancing for someone clearly elderly. I contacted corporate to see what Home Depot's mask policy was. Had to do it via phone, and after explaining my experience at the S. Fry store (gave her the store number), she assured me that the staff were supposed to be wearing masks and she would definitely have corporate address the issue with the store. But, when I stopped in three weeks later, still not many masks. I opted to walk out. Given how COVID-19 has swelled Again in Fort Bend county, am very bitter about the businesses that did not take their responsibility seriously. And given the amount of customer interactions per day out of this store it really sticks in my craw. So, Home Depot will never get my business again. Lowe's May be further but at least they care about the community.

This has to be the worst run Home Depot I've ever been to. Memorial Day weekend and you have 2 cashiers working? The line to checkout was half the length of the building yet no one seemed to care. Where was the management? I'm completely amazed that there were probably 30 employees meandering about the store to help you find what you need and yet only 2 cashiers. I'll avoid this Home Depot if at all possible. I pity whoever has to pick up all the merchandise that's left up front by the registers by everyone who realized it was going to be 45 minutes before they were able to checkout. Beyond disappointing. It was quicker to get in my car and drive to Lowe's than it was to wait in line to checkout.

I placed an order for a door to be installed almost a month ago. Today I tried to call and ask about the status of my door, and what do I get? A phone ringing for almost 5 min and then some picking up the phone and leaving it off the hook. Before this I tried calling earlier and they let my phone ring for 15 min before I gave up and hung up. You MIGHT be better off going in person to ask questions, but I'm hesitant to expect anything different.

Walking into this Home Depot we are always greeted with a smile and they even have extra measures in place to accommodate customers during the pandemic. These days we really appreciate the extra measures and couldn't be more appreciative.

I love this Homedepot! Kevin & Todd in the lumber department are always super friendly and helpful. Mrs. Sheila at the checkout is always fun to talk to too. These people are the reason why I shop at this store.

I live close by so this location is convenient. We usually need something for our home projects a few times a month. We have always received great service, the staff are knowledgeable and super helpful. Our latest project involved purchasing several gallons of paint, the person that helped us made the process of choosing all the different styles, grades and finishes really simple. It's our go to spot.....
