Went to appliances (11:45AM 02/16) Older guy there asked what I was looking for as I was checking out a refrigerator on sale for $1,500. I told him I liked this refrigerator and also wanted a washer and dryer. He pointed and said “they’re down there”. I said I knew but wanted to know about appliances, is there someone that can tell me about them? He said he was the guy. When I told him top load, again he pointed to an aisle. I knew I was wasting my time with this fool because I don’t need him pointing out where they were, I need to know agitator or not, load capacity, non-smart……. I’m not about to drop over $3,000 on appliances because of how they look. I needed advice on functionality, not if they were the right color. Off to Best Buy, I know they will explain different features and models and not just point out where they are.UPDATE: BEST BUY salesman was AWESOME. I told him what features I wanted and he directed me to different brands of appliances and explained everything they offered and when I found what I wanted he showed me how it operated. Spent over $3,000 at BEST BUY because HOME DEPOT had a useless dude in their appliance department.

I was very proud of this, my location!Now it's like every other home depot store!No help at all, nonexistent employees to ask a question, or ask for help finding what you want.

This place sucks. I purchased the door the material paid for installation a month ago paid $40 for them to come out take measurements and get the right door they come out they have the wrong door tell me they're going to come out the next day with the correct door I wait all day and get a text at 2 o'clock Saying that the door is not in stock and I'm gonna have to reschedule OK so I go to the store and at this point I just want my money back the manager tells me I can only get my money back Monday through Friday what and I need to see the door in the material well, I bought the door and the material. I didn't walk out the door with it I paid for it the installers was gonna bring it and put it in, thank God there was a gentleman name Mason that worked there and I was able to get my money back for the door in the material that I bought from Home Depot and now they're telling me the installation fee that I pay pay, which was about the same much as I paid for the door I can't get that back until Monday through Friday between eight and five. Granted I work 9 to 5 and I have spent all day Saturday all day Sunday wasting my time, my valuable time waiting for them to come install a door never did and I paid for this like a month ago. It's just on all levels Home Depot customer service sucks and the manager sucks. Home Depot sucks like I'm gonna get names like if it's anything about yelping and I told him you can't even give me a free door I don't want anything from Home Depot absolutely nothing and not only that when I went up there and I asked to speak to a manager, it took 10 minutes for a manager to even come and speak to meand he spoke to me very condescending. Home Depot suck. I'm going to Lowe's. I'm going to Ace.

Ridiculous store - you can’t return a propane tank without a receipt. Who keeps a receipt for a propane tank?That topped with cancelling orders without notifying the customer of why has made this a business of last resort.2/22 Update: After Home Depot delaying my renovation by cancelling my sink, I give them another chance in the mail to ship the sink. After arriving 5 days later, they just shipped the sink in its original box, and it was shattered. What an awful business and way to operate. Back to Amazon for me.

Asked an employee if someone could help me with the big stuff on the shelf which I couldn’t get on my own . He says you can ask any other cashiers for that . I asked the other one .. waited and then I had to leave because I couldn’t load it on my own.

I will NEVER order from Home Depot again. I ordered a toilet, the toilet did not work once installed. spent $$$ on a plumber to find out it did not work. i Am no inconvenienced further with a 10 hour window for them to pick up the faulty toilet. They absolutely do not believe in customer service The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would rather pay more for items and support another company If I could rate 0 stars I would

This Home Depot is one of the worst managed I have ever seen. The inventory is not current, the paint counter employees are awful, and the aisles are littered with abandoned carts. Curbside is SLOW to deliver, and if it is raining, they put traffic cones in all the curbside parking spaces. Random people hanging out in the parking lot soliciting business from painters to a man selling tamales out of the back of his vehicle. Complaints to management go unheard. I will gladly drive to another home improvement store for my business. ACE, Lowe’s, anywhere but here.Follow-up to initial review:The paint counter employee FOLLOWED ME around the store asking why I will report him to management. WHAT IN THE HELL?

Please be aware of your receipt when renting a tool at this home depot. Let me post about the nightmare that is still taking place at this store. I went to this store on December 28,2023 to rent an insulation machine to blow insulation in my attic. The machine was suppose to be free with purchase of 20 bags of insulation. I also rented a truck to bring it home. I bought the insulation and my son and I went to load it. Honestly the machine they gave us to use looked like a prehistoric dinosaur and was quite heavy. We were offered zero assistance in loading it and it was heavy. So after working through the kinks of getting the machine to even work we brought the machine back to the store around 6 p..m. This is essentially when the nightmare began. I handed my paperwork to the clerk on duty and he chunked it back at me and told me he didn't need it. I thought this to be quite rude and I was quite exhausted from climbing around in my attic all day. Then he gave me my receipt back and I was about to walk out the store when I noticed he had only refunded some of my money. I was still owed 189.44. So I told him the machine was supposed to be free with purchase at which time he barks at me you should have told me that before. Well I tried to give him my paperwork in the beginning but he was being a nasty human. Then he stated to me there isn't a thing I can do for you. You will have to go to customer service. So I go to customer service. I was instructed I needed to talk to Hilda Ned because she was over that department. It took quiet a while for them to round up Hilda. Hilda immediately started questioning whether I had bought the 20 bags of insulation. After standing there for over 30 minutes Hilda informed me she didn't need me in the store to refund the transaction. I no sooner get almost home and I got a call from Hilda saying she needed my license to clear up the transaction to come back to the store. They got that with the truck rental. Again I was exhausted from crawling around in the attic . I sent her a message explaining I would be in store the next morning. I arrived at home Depot around 8:15 am . Once again they called Hilda which never appeared this day. I was walked from the front to Tool Rental . A lady from the office tried to refund the charge to no avail. Once again I stood there for over 40 minutes but had to leave to make it to a dental appointment. I was informed they would mail me out a check for a refund the next day. I was called by Fouzia on 1/3/2024 inquiring what my email was she said they could not process my refund without my email. She also informed me they would be mailing me a check soon. After not receiving my refund by 1/13/2024 I once again went into Home Depot to get a resolution. I asked to speak with the Manager Michaelangelo Deleon. He assured me it would be resolved today. So here comes Hilda trying to refund the money. Mind you I stood there another 45 minutes or so. Then she looks at me tells me this isn't your fault but we are gonna have to mail you a check. At this point I'm not in the least bit happy. I asked to talk to Deleon the manager yet again. So he comes up and I expressed how I wasn't happy and asked if I would get the money in 2024 or would it be 2025? He began to laugh at me. Honestly this is the point I got angry. It cease to amaze me that there is not a single person in this Home Depot that doesn't know how to process a refund for the tool rental department when they make a mistake. They have shown me the lack of respect for customers. I have had my paperwork thrown at me, questioned on whether I purchased 20 bags of insulation and disrespected on several occasions. I have spent over 2 hours trying to get a refund due to me. I have been lied to by managers as to resolve the issues at this store and I still sit here over 3 weeks later with no resolution. I have been a customer at this home depot for the last 30 years in owning my home. I have spent thousands of dollars here. I can assure I have spent my last. Seems the management team
